House holiday rentals in Färingsö

We felt welcome and at home in Spersbodahusen, nice days with hot baths, excursions, reading and game nights. Dark and rough in December but cozy with crackling fire in the evenings. The water in the tap is checked and quite ok but does not taste like in town, so a tip is to bring bottled water to drink if you are a little picky. Hans was very helpful, questions were answered quickly and kindly with great tips. We went to atmospheric Wira Bruk and had homemade food. We would be glad to come back!

A view we will never forget! Beautiful summer house, equipped with hot tub, sauna and pool, cozy fireplace and Kamado Joe Grill we loved! Our kids enjoyed the pool, the small treehouse and the outdoor toys. Enough space with 7 people and retreats, surrounded by great nature. 3 min walk to the sea with diving board and swimming spot, as well as 20 min to a small lake (fishing and swimming). On the island there is a small grocery store and about 25 minutes the nearest large supermarket (Lidl, ICA, etc.) We had great evenings in our own pool house with fantastic sunsets! We fully recommend Niklas's place. He was always available and often inquired about our well-being. Even when we had a problem with the toilet, he organized someone who was immediately on hand despite the weekend within a few moments. Great host with a nice touch to the reception.

We had a lovely stay at Roberts and Sandra house. Everything we need was there. Great transport links in and out of Stockholm. Highly recommend.

The first thing Anna said when I talked to her was “Feel at home” and it really sums up the whole experience of staying in her beautiful villa! The house was very clean, had plenty of sleeping places and fresh towels and bed linen. The kitchen was fully equipped and the pool was absolutely fantastic! Anna's response was outstanding! Always pleasant, available and very quick to respond. She really contributed to a weekend we will never forget! 💕

We had a fantastic stay! Magdalena and Oscar were super friendly, responsive, and welcoming, so everything was easy and smooth. The house is beautiful, with a spacious garden, lovely pool, and a charming greenhouse we really enjoyed. Surrounded by stunning nature, it was the perfect place to relax and recharge. Would love to come back!

The house is amazing an ideal place for families! We had a wonderful stay at Jonas' house. The bed was comfortable, and the location is perfect, just a short walk from the water. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing getaway.

Lisa and Martin were great hosts! It's a gorgeous house in a fantastic location. It's removed enough from the city to feel a little calmer but still very convenient and easy to get downtown. The house was very clean when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We definitely recommend it!

Very nice cottage. Quiet location. Deer look in through the window. Within walking distance of the metro (and shops). Close to a supermarket. Although we did our shopping at the station by metro immediately after arrival. Everything was present, including a hair dryer. Efficiently furnished. Bedroom is not so spacious (as can be seen in the photos) but for us that was no problem at all. The windows are easy to obscure. Lena (host) gave us tips and responded quickly to messages. A very nice place to discover Stockholm.

There were six of us and we had wonderful days in the Swedish house. Everything was very spacious, clean and lovingly furnished. It takes about 50 minutes to get to the city by bus and train, which is absolutely ok. We would love to come back anytime and highly recommend the house.

A truly magical stay- hard to imagine a better place to rent. Daniel and Jenny have chosen to share their historic home- book it! Peaceful, clean, calm and beautiful. We loved everything about our stay and Munso. The short walk to the lake was an added bonus!

We absolutely loved staying at Magdalena's place, it was impeccable clean and exactly like the photos. We were two young families visiting and enjoyed the living area and ofcourse the sauna. We took walks around the neighbourhood and cooked every day, the beds are very comfy and would love to come back. Also Magdalena is a superhost responding swiftly to all our questions and super accommodating. Thank you so much for having us.

Great house in a nice, quiet location! The house was very clean, and it was easy to communicate with Alex and Emma. We enjoyed evening swims at the nearby dock. We also enjoyed swimming and kayaking at Solviksbadet a few tram stops away. We greatly appreciated that Alex and Emma had removed some of their stuff, so there were plenty of drawers and closet space available. Thank you for being such terrific hosts!

My family had a fantastic stay at Max’s family house. The house is spacious, filled with natural light, beautifully designed, and well equipped. We felt very much like at home. We enjoyed calm and quiet mornings having coffee in the conservatory, while the kids loved the trampoline and gas water maker. The house is surrounded by beautiful nature, making it a perfect place to combine a Stockholm experience with exploring the outdoors. Communication with Max was easy and pleasant. We stayed at Andreas' house for ten days and enjoyed every second! The location at the lake is quiet and beautiful. It was perfect to swim and just relax during our vacation. All in all the house looks great with it‘s swedish style and we would like to come back there!

Me and my four girlfriends had a great stay at this home! With both hot tub, grill, and more amenities, it was difficult for us not to thrive. Nancy was helpful and always responded quickly if there was anything we were wondering about. Highly recommended to rent this!

If you’re hesitating to book, just do it you won’t regret it. Lena’s place is very clean and cozy. There’s everything you need in the house, I mean EVERYTHING. Kitchen has all the utensils for cooking, there’s even coffee, oils, salt etc. I loved the bathroom especially the shower head 😍. There’s a smart tv for the stay in days, you just gotta log in on your accounts. The hosts were so kind to me, came and picked me up on arrival when I couldn’t get a taxi from the center. You can also reach the center by a 15 min buss ride and the buss stop is only 3 min away from the house. The place and its surroundings is so quiet and peaceful. There’s a huge balcony with morning sun where you can enjoy breakfast or read a book while listening to bird sounds. I hope I get to stay here again in the future. Tack igen Lena 🫶🏾

We were a company who had a nice weekend. The home is simple, clean linens and well-equipped kitchen for a weekend getaway. Close to grocery stores and nice surroundings. Hans was pleasant and communicative. The trees hanging over the road just outside the house would need to be cut down as we unfortunately got scratches on the car.

By far the best and most beautiful place we've ever stayed at. My mother and I stayed 5 days and it was absolutely great. Bathing lake 10 steps from the terrace. Absolutely clean and beautiful house. Quiet area. It couldn't be better.

We had a lovely stay at this Airbnb! The place was cozy and felt just like home... spacious rooms, super comfy furniture, and a beautiful yard to relax in. The neighborhood was peaceful and charming, which made our week there extra relaxing. It was the perfect spot to just chill and unwind. The host was always responsive and incredibly kind, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay (tack tack, Sven!!). Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy some quality downtime in a comfy, welcoming space!
