Mushroom and berry picking are around the corner! Plastic boats and oars are available to borrow.

Here you live undisturbed (only one neighbor) surrounded by forests and meadows, perfect for those seeking tranquility and proximity to nature. Enjoy the silence, take a swim in the lake, hike in the woods, pick berries and mushrooms. Or why not take a paddle tour or boat trip in the Baltic Sea/Ellenösjön – canoes/kayaks are available to borrow. There are also plenty of wild animals such as elk, deer, deer and wild boar in the nearby area.

Proximity to Kroppefjäll Nature Reserve with hiking and mountain bike trails as well as mushroom and berry picking. Close to the beautiful nature of Dalsland and the west coast's places with Smögen etc. Close to bus connections. Kayak rental is also available in the area. Also a great place to stay for contractors and temporary jobs, sports cups, etc. Wi-Fi is not available, bed linens can be booked for a fee🙂

We rent out our cozy Lillstuga for shorter or longer periods. The cottage is located in a rural and central location in Dalsland with opportunities for hiking and outdoor activities. Also suitable for business trips or hunting. Entrance floor with hall, living room, kitchen, toilet with shower and sauna. Upstairs there is a sleeping loft (no door, but a partition) with a double bed, as well as 3 single beds. Sauna and fireplace are available. It's 4 km to nice hiking trails on Kroppefjäll and 8 km to shops, gas station/service shop.

A typical little cottage next to the larger house on an older farm. The decor is typical eighties renovation with a lot of pine, but everything you need for a few quiet vacation days is available. This accommodation is suitable for those who want to take it easy and have other priorities than luxurious comfort. The days may be spent in the woods and nature, or with the canoe that is available in the lake. Once home, you might light the wood stove and let your thoughts wander over the day's events.

Welcome to Vassängen and your vacation home by the lake. Here you live close to nature and the West Coast's saltwater swimming. Next to the cottage you have the opportunity to swim, kayak in the lake system or fish by boat. Viksjön is especially known to be a good pike-perch lake. The cottage is a good starting point for visiting the West Coast where you will find, among other things, cozy fishing communities such as Smögen and Lysekil, the big city of Gothenburg, restaurants and shopping centers.

Villa Holmen

Villa Holmen offers quiet accommodation close to nature, perfect for families and for those seeking relaxation and outdoor activities. The house is child-friendly and situated in a secluded location close to the lake and nature. A boat is available to borrow at no extra cost during your stay (please let us know in advance). For fishing throughout the entire lake, we offer fishing permits for €50. There is plenty of space here for play, rest and quiet nature experiences. A warm welcome 🌿

Cozy cottage with shoreline and own jetty. Access to a rowing boat. Nice hiking trails on adjacent Kroppefjäll nature reserve. At dusk loons and beavers swim by. During season you find berries and mushrooms around the corner. In the evening you light oil lamps and a fire. The food is prepared outside or inside on gas stoves. The food is kept chilled in a gas-powered refrigerator. You bring your own towel and soap, and wash yourself in the lake. A simple cottage, but lovely situated.

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay, close to nature and the lake. The cottage consists of a bedroom with a double bed. Living room (sofa bed) and kitchen. On the patio, you can enjoy the sun and the large lawn invites the children to play. Kroppefjäll is close and has several nice hiking trails. Ragnerudssjön and its swimming area is about 4 km from the cottage. Ragnerud's campground is also within easy distance with a restaurant and full rights.
