We rent a cozy apartment on the ground floor with a separate entrance. The studio consists of kitchen-living room and living-bedroom with extra bathroom. The spacious south-facing terrace with access to the garden will be particularly appreciated.

We are happy to welcome you as guests in our 1-room apartment on the edge of the forest. The small apartment Waldeck has a well-equipped kitchenette, a dining area with TV, a 1.80 m wide box spring bed and a shower with toilet. WiFi can be used free of charge. The house entrance is at ground level, then you go down a staircase. The apartment, with an 18 sqm terrace and seating furniture, is then also at ground level, as our house is located on the slope. The tourist tax is added to the final price.

The apartment is ideally located for many activities in summer and winter, and is within walking distance in approx. 12 minutes from the center of Garmisch. The cable cars can be reached in just a few minutes.

From January 2020 we would like to welcome you to Klammstraße 27 in our completely newly built holiday home "Zur Wally" in our apartment "Griabig". Centrally located, you can reach the pedestrian zone, the train station, the Bayerische Zugspitzbahn, the Olympia Eissportzentrum and the Alpspitz-Wellenbad in just a few minutes on foot. Our apartments are individually and modernly furnished in alpine style and - in addition to a wonderful view - have every comfort.

Quiet vacation apartment

The apartment is located in the basement and offers the perfect starting point for a vacation in the mountains – in a central location, but still in a quiet environment. Shopping, restaurants and cultural attractions can be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Cars can be parked for free on the street. The hiking trail network on the Wank is right outside the front door. The bed is 1.20 m and bathroom accessories are provided for you.
