When we met Sandhya ji for the first time we immediately felt her warmth and kindness-it was as if we had known her from years. As we spent more time together, without realising it, she went from being Sandhyaji to Sandhya Kaku-not just a respectful elder, but a beloved part of our extended family. Sandhya Kaku (Aunty) is so energetic and kind that she took care of all our requirements right from arranging meeting with local people to taking us to various places. Offcourse the day we travelled was a holiday for her. At the time of check out, since we got delayed she on her own cooked a meal for all of us (4 people) and that was tasty. In a short span of 5 hours we have become part of her family so is her warmth. As regard the stay, the rooms are on 1 st floor and has all required amenities. The bed, sheets, towels all were spotless clean and the location is also good, given that the village is small. The beach is about 5 minutes drive. Overall a must stay place ,

This property was in a nice quiet neighborhood away from the city center. It was very convenient to two grocery stores. Nilesh and his family provided a great list of drivers and activities nearby to supplement the peaceful property. For those who have to work, the wifi was great!

Many food places are nearby at walkable distance. Anoop is available all time to support and clear queries. Place 100% matching with photos shown on site. If your need is matching, you can go ahead with booking this.

We enjoyed a refreshing one-day stay at COB5 resort. The natural surroundings were truly a highlight, offering a peaceful and green environment to unwind. We particularly loved the unique clay home we stayed in, which had a lovely cool and comfortable feel. The food served was a definite plus – both dinner and breakfast were very delicious and satisfying. While our stay was largely positive, a couple of areas could see improvement. The bathroom facilities could be enhanced, particularly regarding hot water availability and shower options. Additionally, the location within the village, accessed via narrow roads, made it a bit challenging to find using online maps. I recommend calling the resort for clear directions bfore arriving. Overall, COB5 offers amazing getaway with excellent food and a unique accommodation experience. With a few upgrades. We would certainly consider visiting again.

Farah is a great host. Being an artistic (a talented one) she has used this place as her canvas and I loved what she has done with the place. These pictures can't really describe the awesomeness this Airbnb has. One should actually visit in person, stay for a day and then will understand what I actually mean. it's snapcht + insta + pinterest vibes all in one. I mean the decor, the setup, the appliances all of them top notch you get bored in the evening, just walkup to the terrace and enjoy the wind, the curtain blinds from ikea, the motion sensor lights. this is clearly a true gem on Airbnb I would also like to thank farah's parents who were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay. uncle gave us a personal tour of the Airbnb with instructions. 5 stars to uncle and aunty. thanks Farah for letting us stay at this great place we'll be visitng again soon with our friends.

This was my second stay at this amazing villa, and it was just as perfect as the first time. The space is beautifully maintained, with great facilities that made our stay super comfortable. The hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming—it truly feels like a home away from home. I would absolutely love to visit again!

I have an anxious dog & I wanted to make this trip for her birthday. The privacy because of the fenced villa & the very green lawn was just perfect for her. This place is right if you are looking for a quiet timeout from the city. The highlight for us was the green lawn, the spacious bath area, 2 seater indoor jacuzzi & access to the beach (5min walk). The caretaker was helpful. if you are looking to make few meals in the provided kitchen, there is Vinayak supermarket (find on maps) that lots of stuff & Triveni restaurant for food (pick up that caretaker does too).

The stay was nice and comfortable. It's a great place to unwind and relax amidst nature. It was a very beautiful 12-acre chickoo farm. The host made sure the kitchen was fully furnished, and all the rooms were neat and clean.

The host is great and has a helper who will help you get everything you need. Cooks amazing breakfast! However the place is a little difficult to locate without help. If you want to stay inside the place mostly - it’s amazing and has everything you will need but rent a car or scooty if you even want to get out to the town.

Recently on 10 -11 Aug our group of 16 office colleagues visited Arwa Farms Arwa Farms is a charming country farmhouse perfect for family gatherings and reunions with friends, offering a comfortable porch for relaxation and socializing, a meticulous collection of antique items, and family pictures sharing the owner's heritage. Unique features include a machan (platform) with nylon-strapped beds surrounded by trees and pleasant monsoon breezes. The owner's personal touch ensures guests feel comfortable and enjoy delicious homemade food. Spacious rooms accommodate small groups with comfortable beds. Please note that current construction of the bullet train foundation may cause access issues by vehicles this of course is not an issue .Overall, Arwa Farms provides a wonderful escape from the city's hustle and bustle, bringing you closer to nature with its earthy, un-plastered exterior walls and serene atmosphere. Thanks to Mr. Fawzan for nice hospitality!! Cheers!!
