Fabrizio's place is simply magical, a real hidden gem. The house is comfortable and tidy, the forest in which it is located is beautiful and private, despite being very easy to get there with a short walk. Fabrizio is a professional, kind and helpful person, in addition to welcoming us and showing us the accommodation in a complete way, dedicating time, he showed us hiking trails in Gran Sasso Park that we really appreciated. 5 stars easy!!

We stayed in this apartment on New Year's Eve and were really satisfied. The comfort of the spaces is excellent, with modern and functional furnishings that make the environment welcoming and relaxing. The cleanliness was impeccable. In addition, the beauty of the interiors creates a warm and pleasant atmosphere. Special thanks go to the host, who was extremely kind and caring, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. A perfect experience, absolutely recommended!

The flat is great, cosy and comfortable with everything needed. The little town end the surrounding area are amazing. I didn’t have the chance to meet the host, but she was friendly, responsive and helpful. I would definitely recommend
