We are within 20 minutes of most areas in Raleigh. The cottage has three rooms. 1. A combination living room/bedroom with a queen size bed. 2. A combination kitchenette/bedroom with a double bed. This is semi private with a curtain to pull separating the sleeping area from the kitchen area. 3. A full bathroom that has a jacuzzi bathtub.

We came to Raleigh with the family for the weekend and Nicole’s home was lovely. The neighborhood was very safe and walkable. The only concern we had was the home seemed a little dusty but otherwise we would highly recommend to any families visiting Raleigh. Having a pool was a great bonus!

Our recent stay at this Airbnb was nothing short of delightful! The home itself is stunning, combining charm with thoughtful touches that made our experience truly memorable. Nestled in a peaceful location, the property offered both tranquility and convenience. One of our favorite features was the shaded porch surrounded by several trees, creating the perfect spot to relax with a morning coffee or an evening book. Inside, the home was meticulously organized, with clear labels in every area, helping us easily locate appliances, dishes, lights, and other essentials. This attention to detail added an extra layer of comfort and ease to our stay. This two-level home managed to strike a perfect balance between spaciousness and coziness, making it an ideal choice for families or groups of friends. We greatly enjoyed our stay at Modern Woodland Retreat. This is a beautiful and cozy home surrounded by a beautiful scenery. The house is nicely furnished, well equipped and beautifully decorated. Traveling in from DFW we really enjoyed the peace and quiet the house provides. The home is also very conveniently located where you can drive 5-8 minutes to the nearest convenience store, but peaceful enough that we got to spot beautiful wildlife. We enjoyed the jacuzzi under peaceful nights full of stars but also fun days playing in the game room. Needless to say, the home is very well managed. Kelly was very responsive and helpful. We definitely recommend this beautiful home.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Caroline’s place. The kids loved the board games. The three seasons room was perfect for the spring weather we had. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet and we felt right at home. The en suite bathroom off the master bedroom was my favorite! I especially loved the helpful binder with information about local parks which we took advantage of. We would stay here again next time we come to Raleigh.
