Hi, I’m Lea. I hope our 180° Mountain View House can provide a pleasurable trip! We have two individual units with separate bathroom. Units are on opposite ends of the house with separate entrances. If you need separate rooms, both are available for rent. Both have same structure. Smoking of marijuana/any drugs is strictly prohibited! There will be a $200 fee charged for any evidence of smoking/drug use on the premise. Late check out is $50 for every 5 minutes past the check out time of 11AM.

This lovely space is a private suite attached to a Single Family Residence. Enjoy your morning coffee outside by your own flower garden. Toast a bagel or stock the mini fridge with snacks! You have a kitchenette with microwave, toaster and coffee maker. Located between 10, 57 and 210 Fwy. Wonderful restaurants shopping nearby. Cal Poly, APU and Claremont Colleges are a few minutes away. LA is 40 -50 min. Disneyland is 50 min. And 1 hour away from beautiful So Cal beaches. We DO NOT have TV🌹

Cozy private guest suite in great neighborhood with own private entry to unit. 1 Bedroom studio w/ queen size bed. Futon is also available in the studio for a third person. Refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave are provided in the kitchenette. Along with disposible plates and cups. Bathroom is stocked w/ toilet paper, towels, shampoo and soap. An iron and blow dryer provided for your use. Guest area is private with own private patio. You are provided with one off street parking.
