Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Fall River

Great place! Very spacious and clean. Matthew was also very accommodating and provided us with very helpful instructions about how to get in, where things are, and wifi log-in info. The backyard and frontyard were also great for our dog to explore around. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back another time.

Wonderful stay near nature preserves — we were visiting Allen’s Pond and Norman’s Bird Sanctuary. House was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated with a lot of art & beautiful plants. Very well appointed kitchen (good cookware) with coffee, tea, and many other sundry items. Ellen checked in with us & had clear instructions, which was great. Hope to visit again someday!

Jason’s place was perfect, very clean and had everything you need. He was proactive and very helpful. Gave us great recommendations for things to do and food in the area. Would have loved to stay longer. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Newport.

Great location—private and quiet yet close to loads of restaurants and shopping. Easy access to Newport but far enough away from the crowds to be peaceful. Very comfortable bed in master. Plenty of mirrors and table surfaces to get ready each day. Loads of space to spread out!!!

A beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning! Lots to do within the home, and very short ride to the city. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a home vibe! Also, lots of art on display and plenty of books to read. Thank you for the hospitality!

Great home! Beautiful and clean- super comfortable and Rachael has truly thought of everything. Loved the hot tub and appreciated the easy access to laundry and a gym.

Glenn’s place was outstanding! His hospitality and thoughtfulness was apparent throughout the house and through our entire stay. The view was beautiful for watching boats and sunrises. The location was also centrally located for a trip to Boston or taking a ferry to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket. Glenn was very attentive to our needs and checked in on us via message periodically throughout our stay. Thank you for an amazing weekend!

We loved the location overlooking the bay. Very beautiful mornings. Only a short car ride from Newport. Elaine was very helpful and offered early check in and late check out proactively - very nice of her.

Marianne is wonderful. We had a few questions which she answered right away. The apartment is so nice! Underneath large trees so it didn’t get too hot on the hot day, but 2 a/cs in case they’re needed. One and a half bathrooms so no taking turns. Well stocked full kitchen - dishes, utensils, pots and pans. It is only 10 minutes away from Newport, but without the Newport crowds. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with steep stairs to reach it. If stairs aren’t for you, then this is not the place for you. However,if stairs aren’t an issue then I highly recommend staying here. It’s a lovely place with a lovely owner.

We stayed for 5 nights at Carmel and Mike’s place and we had the best time! The place was clean, inviting and spacious. You can tell that great thought was put into making it feel like a home away from home for anybody who might stay there. From the moment we walked in, we were very impressed with how well the place was stocked with anything you might need, including cooking utensils, tea, coffee, shampoos and conditioners, etc. Everything was just as described in the listing, and they really left no stone unturned. The real highlight of the place is the rooftop deck, which we made great use of during our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough, and we will definitely be making several return trips in the future! Thank you Carmel and Mike!

Susan's place is a nice, quiet, cosy little attic apartment. It is exactly as depicted in the photos and described in the comments (and in all the other reviews). The location is a quiet, residential street. The bed is comfortable. The shower works well. If you are as tall as I am (6'2''), you'll find yourself crouching in some parts, such as by toilet and getting in and out of the shower, but I was able to stand upright for most of the apartment. The location is convenient enough. It is possible to walk to/from the train station (about 20 mins) and to Downtown Providence (about 30 mins). I had only a backpack with me and was therefore able to use a Spin scooter to quickly get to/from the city. Overall, the place matched what I was looking for my short, two-day stay in Providence. This was one of my top 5 airbnb stays for so many reasons! The weather was cool enough for a fire and then I could go to sleep with the breeze coming in the windows to the sound of the sea and then wake up to the sound of birds chirping! The hosts had thought of every kind of provision, including hard boiled eggs, pastries, light snacks and cold water. Coffee and tea for any time of day. The walk to the beach was perfect and then a fire at night made it exceptional. I will definitely be back!

This is by far the coziest and most unique Airbnb I've ever stayed in! It was the perfect home base for my Providence trip- warm, charming, and a little quirky. Allena has provided a ton of resources to help you plan out your days. The location is also wonderful- near Brown's campus, the train station, and the river. And the chickens out back are the cherry on top!

Spacious, clean, and lovely apartment in great location in a beautiful town. Hosts were responsive, shower was great, and beds were comfortable, although light sleepers should know that the bedrooms are right up against the street. Loved the bike path and a lot of walk-to restaurants including SS Dion, Quito's, and Beehive Cafe.

Jane’s place was the perfect spot to relax while exploring the area. Her use of the space really impressed us. Great decor and everything you needed was there. Clean and cozy. Would stay again for sure!

We had a lovely stay at Pelham Court! The location was absolutely amazing- walkable to so many things but quiet. The place was spacious, clean and homey. The LavAzza coffee machine was a great touch, as were the full size appliances (and built in ice maker)! On site parking was more valuable than anticipated. Just a short drive to all the other Newport attractions, and it was so nice to be able to know you weren’t losing your valuable Peking spot upon your return. We would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a place in Newport!

Our stay at Trip and Christina’s place was excellent. It is perfectly decorated and we loved the peacefulness of deck for early morning coffee as well as enjoying our meals alfresco. Perfect location close to bus station for tours of Newport and transportation to the mansions. We unexpectedly arrived super and Christina was a gracious host and invited us in while she completed preparing the place for our stay. Very responsive and accommodating hosts.

The Villa was exactly as described! Easy communication with owner. A perfect getaway weekend, every amenity we could want or need! Look forward to visiting again in the near future!

Host was responsive and helpful, instructions were clear. The apartment was clean and very nice, we enjoyed eating dinner on the porch. It was easy to drive to downtown Providence and Gillette Stadium. It was easy to get to and a lot of space for parking (we all arrived mostly separately and there was space to park all 3 cars). Also, we were all very impressed by the shower and the water pressure lol. A great location and great Airbnb!! I would def recommend this spot and would come back! 😊
