Our bright sunny apartment in a semi-detached house is centrally located in Bach/Bad Kleinkirchheim - only 200 m from the Maibrunn four-seater chairlift and only 400 m from the St. Kathrein thermal bath. Strap on your skis right at your doorstep and drive to the lift, so you can access all descents up to almost 2000 m. In summer, the apartment also offers the perfect starting point for hikes and excursions in the Nock Mountains and to the nearby lakes (Feld am See, Millstättersee).

Vacation in a wonderful secluded location on sunny Geisberg. The rustic Glücksmüh' is a 65 m² self-catering hut. With us you can enjoy the tranquility, the fresh mountain air and the great view in the house or in the sauna. The nearest ski resorts: Kreischberg, Turracher Höhe, Fanningberg, etc. are only about 30 minutes away. In the winter, it is advantageous to take snow chains with you. The highlight, however, is collecting mushrooms in summer (chanterelles, boletus, parasol).

It is a short walk from the center of the village and is a strategic starting point for the naturalistic and historical excursions that Val Saisera offers. In the village, there is a grocery store for basic necessities, a few hundred meters from the house. A supermarket is 4 kilometers towards Tarvisio. One km from Valbruna are the accesses to the AlpeAdria cycle path.

The vacation home with garden is in an idyllic location at 845 m above sea level in the municipality of Liebenfels, about 20 km from Klagenfur. From the terrace, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Karawanken and the entire Glantal. The location is perfect for nature hikes and swimming in surrounding lakes. Some ski resorts are 40-60 minutes by car. The house is about 60 m² and also has a sauna.

In summer, hikes and a visit to the district capital of Murau are recommended.
