Definitely a quiet neighborhood not a city vibe. This level is COOL/COLD YEAR ROUND! Heavenly on hot summer days or if you like sleeping cool. NO CLEANING - just leave used towels in the shower before you go. Best for 1 or 2 who prefer a larger space or small family. Private entrance.

This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back, plus a big backyard where your pup can stretch their legs. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet.
