Family-friendly holiday rentals in Fajardo

Wonderful stay in Oscar's condo. The views from the balcony were great as was the sand beach just steps away. The beach never had more than 10 people on it which made it seem almost secluded even though it is a pretty large resort. The pool area was great, area restaurants were also equally as great. Very short drive to El Yunque which we spent a day at. Arrive early as road construction up the mountain drops down to one lane more than once and backs traffic up quite a bit as crowds increase. The condo itself was great. Large, spacious, plenty of room for two families to spread out. Highly recommend Oscar's place

We had a wonderful stay! Vanessa was especially helpful with getting us checked in and oriented to the condo/building. She also went really above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we had all we needed. Location is fantastic. Pool and beach never crowded. Short walk to the neighboring resort, if you want to use their amenities. Parking on site. Close to El Yunque. Short drive to San Juan, Luquillo, and Fajardo. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at Lydia’s place. We had plenty of space, it was very clean, golf cart was great addition, and great views! The king bed was very comfortable. We would definitely come back !

We just got back from a week long stay with our family of 5 and had a wonderful time at Diana's place. The location is awesome and the views of the water from the unit were outstanding....just what our family needed. Diana was extremely responsive and helpful throughout the trip. The entire island of PR experienced a brief blackout during our stay and Diana went above and beyond to make us comfortable and accommodate our family above and beyond what other Airbnb hosts would typically do (we travel a lot and use Airbnb frequently). We have 3 young children ages 5 and under and they had a blast. We would not hesitate to recommend Diana and will keep her in mind for future stays beyond just this location. We will be returning!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

We had a great time on our first visit to Puerto Rico. Jorge is an amazing host. He greeted us upon arrival and was responsive and attentive to all communications. Beach had some debris but that may be expected. Water was beautiful.

Mrs Renee was very attentive even before I made it to the villa. I had to fly out of Newark and she was forwarding information she would see about news with delays or cancellations. She was very responsive and provided very good instructions to get to and out of the grounds where the villa was. From the gate to the villa is quite a distance but she advised of this in advance. A car is a must, not so much of an option, if you’re staying at this villa. The place was cozy with a beautiful view. The place was clean and she had a very kind gesture for my daughter since it was her sixteenth bday. Overall, the place was perfect for our short stay.

Mr.Tom was very welcoming. My flight was changed causing me to arrive hours early before check in was scheduled. I contacted Mr.Tom about this and asked him if it was possible to check in a couple hours early. He was very understanding and helpful and allowed me to check in at an early time. The views that you get outside the villas are actually breath taking and memorable. I will definitely make this my go to spot. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING MR.TOM!

Great location with great space. The apartment is huge with private parking and all the amenities needed. I will be back!

Booked for one week and ended up extending our stay an additional week. Great for pets; we brought our three small dogs and they loved the outdoor space. Property is large enough for multiple people without feeling cramped.

A wonderful place to enjoy with family and/or friends. The house is well-equipped and has plenty of room for everyone to find private spots as well as to enjoy each other’s company. The ocean views, the pool, and the privacy added to making it an ideal rental!

Peppers place was the perfect spot for a getaway we truly enjoyed our stay everything nearby was delicious! So close to the ferry and great beaches. He was super kind met us upon arrival to make sure we were able to get in the gate ok. And was so kind when we requested visits from his sweet puppy who would drop by on occasion for snacks the home was spacious and well kept and it’s for sure a great spot to call home while you’re visiting!

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect — just a short walk to the beach and surrounded by amazing restaurants. The space itself is incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable, with everything you need to relax and unwind. One of the highlights was definitely the massage chair — such a nice touch after a day out exploring. The hosts were also very welcoming and attentive. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ll definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!

This place was great! Tony was a very helpful host, anytime I needed anything or had questions he responded quickly. It was clean, had a beautiful view and lots of great restaurants right next door. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Fajardo!

100% would stay at Patty's place again! Immediately we all were struck by the cleanliness and beauty. The patio directly overlooks the ocean and the breeze it creates is stunning. Patty was incredibly responsive and super friendly, with excellent recommendations, you feel her love for Puerto Rico immediately. Everything we needed was there! (boogie boards, beach blankets, bags, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, and more). Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. We felt very safe walking around, everyone we met was super nice and had a great vibe - same with security guards. Driving from airport was easy (we had been nervous for it, but no need) the couple streets into the condo were very narrow but not busy, so easily manageable. Drive to El Yunque was also much easier than we anticipated - as well as drive to Fajardo for Hacienda Chocolat tour and separately our snorkeling excursion to Icaco Island. Thank you Patty for an amazing week of memories.

Carlos was a fantastic host- attentive, highly responsive, had great recommendations (about eateries, danger to avoid, activities to try), flexible with timing, generous, and very well-prepared. The entire island happened to have a power outage for more than 24 hrs while we were there, but he had a back up battery powering the condo so that essentials (fridge, outlets for charging phones, lighting) was still running. We were very shielded from this major event thanks to his preparations. He kindly brought us delicious tropical fruits his family grew and homemade muffins too. It was a pleasure to get to meet him and his family. The place itself has amazing views, pool access which our kids loved, and is located near beaches, boating excursions, and some excellent restaurants. The condo was clean and had many nice touches to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable (snorkeling gear, laundry hampers, drip coffee maker, and more). Thank you for a terrific vacation.

Omar’s place was beautiful and in a wonderful location. We rented a car and drove all over the island. Only 40 minute drive to get to old San Juan and 20 mins to the Ceiba ferry terminal. Less than 10 minutes away from el Yunque national forest. Lots of places nearby to eat. 5 minutes or less away from the Kioskos of Luquillo where you can find traditional Puertorican food. Place was steps away from the beautiful beach. Something I loved and was very convenient was the washer and dryer. Omar had all we needed in order to wash our clothes. I’d definitely stay in this Airbnb again

We stayed a month here and felt right at home instantly & they are quick to respond. Make sure to do the "secret beach" walk to Playa Escondida--it's one of our favorite beaches with decent snorkeling and fun tide pools. Lots of walkable restaurants, grocery store about 12 minutes away. Traffic can be a little crazy getting there, but if you don't go home during rush hours, then it's fine- make sure to add the toll-road pass to your rental; it will make things much quicker. The A/C units worked great in the rooms. The main unit kept the place cool enough, but it would have been nice to be able to turn it down a bit more. They have plenty of cookware but not much in the way of spices (Italian seasoning is mainly it), so if you are planning to cook, then you'll want to make sure you buy them ahead of time. They have all the beach stuff you'll need and even a medium-sized cooler for you to use, so it is well-stocked in terms of beach items. Pool is also really great, warm with sun!

Second time staying here in 5 years and it just keeps getting better! Loved the upgraded TV and Roku. Same beautiful views and having access to a private pool can’t be beat. Area feels safe and secure in a gated community. Jayanne is a great host, always responsive and willing to work with your itinerary for your trip. Her pets are so sweet and well-behaved, loved little miss Peaches! Jayanne’s place has become my favorite place to stay in Puerto Rico! Thank you!

The place was clean and organized, in a quiet & peaceful neighborhood . The split unit AC in the bedroom made sleeping very comfortable and the WiFi worked well. The place is nicely typical of a real Puerto Rico home environment. The local beaches and restaurants are easy to get to, and the location is nicely not touristy. Communication and friendliness of the hosts were also 5 star. Would stay again.

I had a great stay at this home in Luquillo! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The location was perfect—close to the beach, great local spots to eat, and easy access to El Yunque and other nearby attractions. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and enjoyable stay in the area. Would love to come back!

This is just the perfect place in Fajardo. This condo is quiet, clean and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen. The balcony & rooftop provide ocean views and star-gazing opportunities. There is a beautiful beach across the street and a handful of good restaurants within a 10-20 min walk. There’s also a pool with clean, adjacent bathrooms. Walter was a very helpful & responsive host. Would definitely stay here again!
