Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Fajardo

We recently stayed at Demi and Andrei’s Airbnb & it was perfect! The location is not far from the airport, but you'll need a rental car to get around. Having visited PR many times, my husband & I are familiar with the roads but if you're not, just be aware that the roadways can be different. Grocery stores are about 12 minutes away. We rented 2 of their villas: a 3 bedroom and a 2 bedroom. The 3 bedroom villa is located at the bottom of a hill. If you are traveling with elderly people, I would suggest renting one of 2br villa instead. Each villa was beautifully decorated & had super comfy beds with controlled AC units in each room. The kitchen was well-equipped with a small countertop oven. The pool area was amazing, 2 Jacuzzi’s & floats. Only 1 jacuzzi worked. The volleyball area is nice, had a gazebo, sink, grill, + games. We did have a spider situation in the villas but that’s to be expected surrounded but nature. It was gated + outdoor cameras. Overall, it was a lovely place.

My family and I had a beautiful 7days vacation at the Tata’s House. The house was well maintained and cleaned to our expectations. The neighborhood was vey quiet and relaxing. Everything was well maintained. Will return in the near future, and recommend to family and friends.

We rented this place as a group of 4 couples. Major plus to how well the space was maximized. Also, highly recommend getting a car, but Uber is available in the area. Even as a group of 8, there was plenty of space for all combos of us. There were various types of spaces you can use to listen to loud music, relax, play games, all without feeling like you're cramped or disrupting someone. The acoustics of the home were also a major plus. Someone could be sound asleep upstairs while a group played loud music by the pool. All the bedrooms had sound resistant doors. If you're looking to be close to nature focused excursions, access less crowded beaches, be in a more down to earth area, while also being close to San Juan (about 40 minute drive) this is definitely the place for you.

This was not my first time staying at Samuel and his wife’s Airbnb, and once again, it was an incredible experience. The hosts are truly excellent, warm, welcoming, and attentive. The space is always clean, peaceful, and tucked away from the chaos, which makes it the perfect getaway. I genuinely felt at home here. If you’re looking for a quiet, relaxing spot surrounded by nature, this is the place for you. However, if the sounds of coquis (Puerto Rican tree frogs) and other wildlife aren’t your thing, this might not be the best fit. For me, it’s part of the charm and why I keep coming back. Highly recommend!

I was quite impressed with the location the views from the roof are amazing there plenty of activities to do in the Airbnb. We enjoyed the time that we spent in the Airbnb. I wish we could’ve spent more time. We spent a lot of our time touring the island back-and-forth to old San Juan, returning to the Airbnb was very relaxing only negative for me is that I spent a little time there!

We had two families stay at the Happy Yellow Beach House and we loved every minute! Accessing the beach was a short walk down a lovely path, the pool and hot tub were so much fun and the house was comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with all the basic essentials and we had plenty of towels. It was so convenient to be able to do laundry as well. We loved the bakery and new restaurant at the end of the street and went to the Luquillo Kiosks a few times - it was a great location - easy travel from San Juan! Manny was an excellent host and took care of all our needs, provided recommendations for restaurants, grocery stores, etc. Thank you for a wonderful visit and sharing your piece of PR heaven with us!

Staying with Joel was a pleasure. The location was perfect, very accommodating and provided great local tips. The house was fabulous for our group. Big and clean. From the spotless rooms to the thoughtful touches, everything was perfect. Joel was always available to answer our questions. Highly recommended. We’d love to stay here again!

Communication was outstanding! I will say for anyone in the future to be aware this location has winding roads with many blind spots also, being that it is in the mountains that presents bugs and while I thought I prepared, we were out $120 in groceries because of them. The bugs made their way into everything, including the microwave but there are some drivable locations for food… it’s just a hassle being so far up the winding roads. Regardless, Roberto took the time to come spray, he was VERY friendly and his son as well was very accommodating. I would definitely book again, perfect spot for couples wanting a peaceful get away. We love staying in the Loiza area because of its proximity to the beaches as well as Piñones’ local restaurants and Carolina’s shopping malls. Host was very responsive and welcomed us with open arms even though we arrived in the early morning light. Apartment was as described-air conditioning in every room but the cross ventilation in the living room was great that we barely used that unit. The place was clean and fully stocked.

Wow!!!! What a beautiful place! The view is just stunning. The sound of nature is incredible. The house is so cute, clean and very cozy. Easy check in and check out. To get there it is a little bumpy but it is worth it! Beautiful bathroom, shower and the A/C super nice! We only stayed one night but when we come back will stay longer! Recommend 100%.

Can't say enough. By far the nicest host we have experience in Puerto Rico. Will be staying here again in the future.

Wow! This place was unbelievable and even better than we expected. I loved it so much! You can see the ocean from the balcony and it's such a beautiful view. We went golfing at Bahia and it was pretty close. This was an amazing experience. Jose was super nice and Miguel picked us up from the airport at midnight and he took us to Old San Juan. His driving skills were very impressive. We drove a scooter while we were there and it was fun but I do recommend a car. This was the perfect place to stay and it was so relaxing. Plus, there is a mini jungle on the property. You can walk around the yard and pick fruits if you want. This place also has constant hot water in the shower. We really enjoyed everything about it! The view is absolutely amazing! The outdoor space was our favorite part. The villa was clean, well cared for, and had everything we needed. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing environment. The grounds and pools, especially the infinity pool, were beautiful and easily accessible. Highly recommend!

We stayed at this La Casitas location and we would love to return! I am guessing we arrived for our stay during the off season as there were not any other guests in the community during our stay. And some El Conquistador employees personally invited us to the infinity pool and bar area even though we were Airbnb guests. They told us it was a very very slow week for them and they would appreciate the guests. So we gladly took them up on the offer. The whole stay was like paradise. We did have a few issues upon checkin, mainly the GPS took us to the wrong location at first, and there were very very minor cleaning issues which Carolina’s housekeeper promptly addressed and even went above and beyond any of our expectations. We felt very safe the entire time and the area was very family friendly since we traveled with our 3 year old. We would love to return!

Since I booked, all my questions were answered, I felt at home. Angel and Graciela were super quick in their responses and gave me places to enjoy my stay near the Airbnb. The apartment had all the amenities. I would definitely stay again. Fully recommended. Private parking and a mega terrace with a campfire available along with a bbq. I'll stay again. The best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It’s surrounded by nature, it’s absolutely gorgeous, it felt like home, it has everything and more. Loved the sound of nature at night. I loved everything about this Airbnb.

This was a dream come true. The place is magical, great escape from the noise walked to the cabin we were looking for. Nearby markets if you need to, but if you bring your food this house has it all you'll not need to go out and won't want to leave.

I highly recommend this stay if you are looking to be surrounded by the sound and feel of nature! It is private and in perfect location to all the main attractions and beaches! Amazing food nearby and a very friendly community! The host was very responsive and helpful, they made us feel very welcomed. The property is exactly as described but I promise it will still take your breath away! We loved the view and the pool! We Spent many hours swinging in the hammock! Thank you kelvin for these memories !

A hidden gem! This rustic cottage in the middle of the countryside but at the same time close to everything was the perfect escape. Surrounded by nature and incredible peace. My stay in this cabin was wonderful! I hope to be back soon!

Eunice's home was the perfect, relaxing basecamp for our time in Puerto Rico. 35 minutes to San Juan, 30 minutes to Piñones & Luquillo, 45 to El Yunque. The last 10 minutes of the drive are up a countryside, we recommend reserving at least a small SUV; our Hyundai Elantra was not a fan of some of the bumps/getting in the driveway. However, the space and amenities 100% make that drive worth it. The pool and outdoor space was amazing and the small, indoor kitchen was just enough. Not to mention we had an intense pickleball tournament and game of horse on the courts on the property! Absolutely recommend!

What a gem! We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. We had to adjust travel plans and booked this last minute. The home was ready (early!) and Eunice was very helpful. The place is charming, relaxing and the has most beautiful views. Only about 25 min from San Juan with some tricky mountain roads at times, but absolutely worth the drive! Eunice was an excellent host with great communication. We loved our experience & hope to return soon.

5/5 – Absolutely Amazing Stay! This villa was perfect!! Everything we could have asked for in a tropical getaway! The space was beautiful, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host’s communication was excellent, making the entire process seamless. A couple of small notes: The humidity inside could be noticeable on some days, but that’s to be expected in paradise. Also, the villa is connected to another, so you can hear some noise from the other side. It wasn’t a big deal for us, but there were a few moments when our kids woke up due to other guests—though I’m sure they heard my toddler running around too! The villa offers a true el campo experience, which was exactly what we were looking for! Plenty of insects and animals around, but that’s just part of the charm. The neighbors were all friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. Uber does come out here, but it takes a while, so renting a car is a must if you want to explore the island.
