The location was great and the maid in the house was very kind, she helped us whenever we needed. Juan was very communicative and made booking easy.

We had an amazing stay!!! 🤩🤩🤩🎉 This property is amazing! We stayed there for 2 days we only brought ourselves and a couple of clothes. They have everything we need! We have children and i can say that the house is kids friendly. The house is super clean and the host (Sir Chris) is very very very accommodating and friendly, if we need anything he’s one text away. Definitely staying there again and i’m really looking forward to it! ✅ Highly recommended!

You won't even thought that there's an Airbnb like this in the Metro, near the mall, very accessible. The caretakers were kind and accommodating, always ready to answer your inquiries and requests. Nate is very responsive, you can expect him to answer your queries right away. I like their kitchen, they have provided everything you need from plates to utensils. They also provided mineral water and the use of the gas stove is for free. Excellent experience, worth recommending. We enjoyed their amenities, billiards, darts, air hockey, and also the Videoke. The rooms were also nice, hope you will have rooms at the ground floor for Seniors who can no longer go upstairs. Overall rating excellent. 👍

I work remotely and needed some quiet from the hustle & hustle of Manila (and didn't like the idea of being on the 67th floor of some building). So I rolled the dice and looked for a place outside the city and landed in Cainta. I needed a makeshift desk and Ms Honey made it happen. The apartment is nestled inside of neighborhood, but there are plenty of places to eat. The grocery isn't far and the mall is a bit of a hike, but I like walking as it gave me a chance to see things. My favorite spot ... Coffee Daniel. Best Spanish Lattes hands diwn. And my favorite part ... the people Everyone was courteous and kind. The coolest part was after playing basketball with the neighborhood kids them calling me as I passed by on my way somewhere. I've traveled all over and of all the places this felt most like I was at home. It's a bit out of the way, but if you want a relaxing, peaceful neighborhood, this is your place. If the universe says the same, I'll be back

The place is clean, well-maintained, and close to malls, public transportation, and more. The kitchen appliances are fully functional, allowing us to cook our own meals. Both the room and the bathroom were clean. The guard was very friendly, and the host was warm and accommodating.

The home was spacious and very clean. Amenities are complete. Everything is working well. Bathroom was big. There was a washer/dryer that worked. Beds and sofa were comfortable, with enough pillows and blankets for all the guests. The unit is right next to the elevator, and not next to any other unit. Location is searchable thru grab for rides and deliveries. Condo has a wide lobby with enough resting areas, and a cafe. Elevator was just slightly confusing for first timers (We rode the wring side at first). All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much, and recommend staying here. Would definitely consider booking this airbnb again.

Communication with our host was remarkable. Not only very clear with instructions, but they were highly responsive and flexible. Their place had many to offer, with air-conditioning in every part of the house, and all things to get started. There was an amazing courtyard on the ground level that had such a lively community with so many different activities happening. The place was designed so well that wind/air was trapped and kept the courtyard quite cool and breezy. Love the place, the host's hospitality and the community

We had a great stay and felt right at home! The unit was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared. It had all the essentials we needed, such as towels, slippers, shampoo, body wash, and complete kitchen utensils, including a rice cooker. We also loved the little extras that made the stay even more enjoyable, like the playing cards, karaoke, and the smart TV with Netflix and other entertainment apps. Ms. Jess was such a responsive and accommodating host. Communication was smooth from start to finish, and everything was ready for us when we arrived.

The place is good a lot of food stalls near by. You can easily walk to the mall. The location is good. The place is clean. I can say that the place is secured a lot of security. The employees were kind too.

We had a great time during our stay! We enjoyed singing karaoke and playing card games. It was nice that we were allowed to cook since most condo units don’t usually let guests use gas for cooking. It would have been better if there were some basic condiments available. The washing machine, iron, and blow dryer were really useful. We were seven adults, so the living and dining areas felt a bit small to move around in. We also noticed there weren’t any cabinets for storage. But overall, it was a fun and enjoyable experience!

The place is very nice. There are guards who will help you in finding your parking slot. But if you can find your way on your own, it is okay too.probably because the guides were all still busy so we tried to find our slot on our own. The hosts were very friendly and helpful & gave clear instructions. They got us the extra parking slots we needed. The unit was clean and very homey. Only the 2 rooms have air conditioners but the living room gets cool enough if you open the rooms. An electric fan is provided in the living/dining room. Consider an extension cord if you want to get more of the cool air from the rooms going to the living/dining room. Kitchen is complete with the basic things you will need. Refrigerator is just the right size. There is a nice balcony as well to see the city. Overall it is a very homey and relaxing place if you want to chill. Can also enjoy with a small group of friends. Consider bringing your own shampoos and body/wash soap :-)

Great place to stay, the place is very clean including the bathrooms and kitchen. It has all essential amenities, interior design is very well done and there are a few restaurants less than 5min drive away as a bonus. This is top value for money. Highly recommended

The place was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and even had cards for us to enjoy. The view was beautiful and definitely one of the highlights. Would love to stay here again!
