House holiday rentals in Fairview

This was our fifth year staying at Elevacres. We have so enjoyed each visit. Kevin was, again, a great host. Thank you for everything. We will miss your home as our AVL rental, but can’t argue with you wanting that daily view back. Cheers!

Amanda was an amazing host! She was super helpful with sending recommendations before our trip, and was on top of responses while we were there. She was more than happy to accommodate our needs.

This house was the perfect space for a larger group of people! Everyone was very comfortable and there was plenty of space in both houses to accommodate. We really enjoyed relaxing and spending time with the different activities (pool, hotub, ping pong table, pool table, air hockey table, basketball, fire pit, grill hammock, etc.) and there truly was never a dull moment. The house was perfect and the guest house was a peaceful escape from the main home. Everything worked properly and the location was perfect for our group. The grocery store is around 5 minutes away, making it perfect for multiple stops throughout the trip. Our group drove 45 minutes to Pisgah National Forest and enjoyed sliding rock and the hiking nearby. Additionally, we went to downtown Asheville and it was so nice to be 15-20 minutes away from the area. We really loved our stay and could not recommend it more to others.

It was lovely, the communications with the manager were perfect and we enjoyed our stay there very much. Linens could use a little refreshing, however.

Our family is huge so it’s really hard to find a house large enough to host all of us. Daniel’s house was GORGEOUS and so spacious, the photos did not do this place justice. The upstairs was beautiful with large windows that let natural light in. We did encounter a mama bear and her baby, but Daniel warned us every day during our stay to keep trash in and be aware of the bears. We were secured inside the house and got to watch through the windows. It was an amazing experience for the kids. The golf cart was a game changer. We didn’t have to move our vehicles a lot. The amenities were perfect for us and the kids. Two pools, mini golf, and pickleball was all we needed to stay busy the entire weekend. Lake Lure was closed, but that was told to us weeks before the trip. We will definitely come back when Lake Lure opens. 10/10 vacation!!!!!!

Very cozy and comfortable home. Black Mountain is a charming small town with great shops and restaurants. Highly recommended. Did not really interact with Evolve beyond the welcome email. I did communicate with the owner a few times who was great. Very friendly and helpful.

Clean and comfortable, plenty of space for our group of 16. Pool and hot tub were a hit! Had an issue with the a/c on first day but hosts were quick to get it fixed. One bedroom (twin w/trundle) is off the master - worked for us but maybe not for a different group. Would recommend this place to others.

We had a wonderful stay at the Canopy House! The sauna was a perfect way to unwind after exploring Asheville, and the saltwater hot tub made for relaxing evening soaks. The house felt tucked away in a quiet, secluded neighborhood, yet was conveniently close to Asheville. The Bela and Spencer were incredibly polite, helpful, and quick to respond to any inquiries and check-in/out was a breeze. Every detail of the home was thoughtfully designed—the décor was truly picturesque. A peaceful retreat with all the right touches!

Stayed a week at this beautiful place . Everything was perfect and peaceful. We will definitely go back and enjoy the surroundings. Also perfect for our dog loved. Did not want to go home :)

Cory’s place is at a nice location in Asheville — I can easily walk to the river arts district, also there are some nice and trendy coffee shops/bakeries/restaurants/local breweries within walking distance. The walking trail or greenway along the river is just mins away. After several days of road trip, I was very happy that I can just park outside of the property and walk around enjoying the city all day. I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood by myself, and would recommend this place for any solo traveler!

Wonderful cabin, clean, peaceful area. Everything that you need and want for a place in the mountains! Would recommend it and would definitely stay there again!!!

This home was absolutely beautiful! From the cozy decor to the comfortable beds, clean linens/towels, and home—plus the babbling creek right outside! I could not recommend this space more. The location is great if you're looking to be out and away but within a reasonable drive into town/cities (Black Mountain is about 15-20 minutes, Asheville is about 40-45 minutes). Jason and his family were proactive in communication, extremely helpful, and left very clear instructions for their home. As a dog owner, the provided dog towels, blanket cover, and bowls were such a helpful touch that made the stay that much better. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! Major highlights: Very clean, comfortable, cozy, and peaceful.

We booked this place for the gorgeous views, and it delivered! We had a peaceful stay here. The house is so beautiful and clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to prepare home cooked meals. There are also beautiful and fun hikes in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

My husband and I stayed at Richard’s place to celebrate our first wedding anniversary. The place was exactly as pictured/described. It was so beautiful and clean inside and the location was perfect - so peaceful and private. We had everything we could need for a weekend getaway in the mountains. The hot tub was also such a nice little perk! We had a fantastic time and we would love to come back to stay again someday!

I booked this home for an last minute girls getaway and it was perfect. The home was very clean, nicely decorated, and close to downtown Asheville. We even found a cute wine bar right down the road. The host was super helpful, communicative, and very responsive. The beds are comfortable, dishes and refrigerator were clean, in general the home had a very nice layout. I would definitely recommend this home!

Everything about this property/area was great!! Close to everything yet far enough out to have privacy in the wooded setting where the house sits. My son enjoyed fishing in the neighborhood pond and just sitting on the back deck enjoying the scenery was wonderful!! If we ever visit Asheville again this place will be our top pick!! P.s. the beds are super cozy too!!

Absolutely loved our stay! As residents of South Florida and Asheville, we were pleasantly surprised by this immaculate house. The cleanliness and attention to detail were truly impressive. The hosts were extremely responsive and available, making our experience even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to major highways, great food options, and plenty of activities nearby. Highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a fantastic getaway! Five stars all the way!

This property is just as it is advertised. There are floor to ceiling windows that capture a stunning view of the mountains or you can sit outside to enjoy them! The house is well equipped, beautifully decorated, and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and there are air conditioning units in each bedroom that can be set separately. The TV can easily hook up to all the major streaming services and the hosts leave an informative instruction book for guests which is really helpful with great recommendations. We lived our time here and would come back again. Our AWD Honda did well getting up the steep drive.

Probably the best and most beautiful Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. The view is incredible, the house is super inviting, clean and modern. My wife said her brain works better there lol. She’s already been in touch with the owners to recreate some of the decor in our home. If you’re on the fence about this one, don’t be. It’s the absolute perfect stay.

This place was awesome!! Very close to downtown Asheville and hiking trails! I will be back again soon :)

I was at first a little hesitant just due to my anxiety I had at the time but the cabin turned into a healing oasis for me I was able to really get back aligned with myself and connect with nature a get grounded. Total retreat I also felt safe

Anna's place is new and super clean. Our group felt immediately comfortable and would be more than happy to stay here again! Communication was clear and not overbearing. Check in and checkout were easy. Loved the porches. Location is not walkable (very few places in Asheville are unless you're downtown) but there's plenty to do nearby.
