My favorite part of "John's Place" was the setting. There is a beautiful country view from the deck where I enjoyed my coffee each day. Lots of vegetation surrounding the property. It is a very quiet neighborhood. It is minutes away from stores, restaurants, etc. The rental is very cozy with what is needed to be comfortable. John was very responsive and proactive in his communication. I plan to stay again the next time I am in the area.

Good stay. We only had one issue which was smell of the fridge . But it was manageable. Everything felt clean , and fit the description. Spacious rooms, had a fan everywhere . Walking distance from BART and restaurants. Very responsive host. Recommend:)

I work out of town a lot, for weeks at a time.. it’s hard for me to find Airbnb‘s that match photos/description, but this place did, its amazing.. I wish I could post a pic of the view from the wall to wall windows in the living room it’s beautiful.. I will definitely rent this place again, when I’m done with work I wanna go “home” and relax.. this place has a lot of natural light a comfy couch, a big TV to just chill out an watch.. it has blackout curtains in the bedroom.. I could go on an on about how amazing this place is.. it’s the perfect place for just you, a couple, or a couple And maybe a small child.. highly recommend it to anybody!!

This Airbnb is a very clean and nice place to stay. We immediately felt at home, especially on the first night. The unexpected sight of a wild turkey and some deer added a unique touch to our stay. The amenities provided were generous and of excellent quality. We were delighted with this elegant suite.

Erik's place was exactly as we envisioned. It was clean and welcoming. Erik was responsive and made himself available if we had questions. I was there with children, and we drove to local park which had water structures and slides. I would stay again.

I booked this home for my parents, and they had a truly enjoyable stay. They especially loved the beautiful yard—it was a perfect spot for relaxing and doing their morning exercises. The kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with all the essentials, making it easy for them to cook during their visit. The overall experience was smooth and welcoming. The Parc Fermé suite is beautiful beyond description. The moment we walked inside, we had to drop the luggage on the floor to look around and, in awe of its unique and harmonious decorations, furniture, flowers, books, and the welcome board with our names on it. Yolanda had thought of everything to make the guests feel welcome. Her provision of snacks, coffee, water, soap, lotion, and other essentials was of the highest quality and generous. We walked into their garden and took plenty of pictures of the gorgeous flowers and plants, hoping to replicate some of them at our residences in Hong Kong and London. We had breakfasts in the garden to enjoy the tranquility. We stayed in the suite for seven days and often thought and discussed whether Yolanda was an interior decorator, a landscape designer, or both. We have traveled around the world, from Asia to Europe, Australia, and Africa, and have stayed in many 4- to 5-star hotels, but the Parc Fermé suite tops them all. Thank you.
