Super easy check-in, centrally located, and very clean. Everything our family needed for our stay. Juan was easy to reach out to and responsed quickly. A great spot in the Mohawk Valley.

We loved our stay at Melanie's -- she was very laid-back and extremely kind and hospitable when we made a mistake and even gave us a gift to enjoy while we were there! (Thanks Melanie!) It was a perfect location for everything in Little Falls! The only thing to be aware of is that the two bedrooms are not separated by a door and the bathroom is right off the kitchen, so if you're traveling with someone who is not family, you can hear everything, and it may be a little too close for comfort. We were two friends traveling together for work, and at first we were unsure about privacy, but we quickly figured out how to make it work and were so grateful for this wonderful stay at an affordable price while we were working in Little Falls!

This was my second time staying in this location. I had to book last minute and made the reservation 10 hours before my arrival. He was quick in confirming the reservation and providing the check in instructions. Just like my previous stay, the apartment was clean and the location was perfect for my needs.

Monica was a great host. She was easy to get in touch with and responded right away. I left a pair of earrings in the house and she informed me right away. The house was in a convenient location and easy to get to the Beardsley Castle where we attended a bridal shower. Thank you Monica.
