Lily is a wonderful host! This was our second stay with them. Their house is warm and welcoming, and easily accommodated our group of 8. The unit is very clean and has all the furnishings and amenities you need, including a full kitchen and washer/dryer. The beds are very comfortable, so it's easy to get a good night's sleep (unless you're looking at the aurora!). Lily greets you upon arrival and gives you a tour of the unit. She's always available via text to answer any questions, and she provides great insights and recommendations into local activities, such as dog sledding, snowshoeing, etc. If you're here during aurora season, there's no better place for viewing—all you have to do is walk out the front door! The house even has a webcam so you can check for aurora before going outside. The location is great, right in Fairbanks, a short drive to the airport. Shopping, restaurants, and activities are also within easy drives. You simply won't find a better place to stay in Fairbanks!

This is one of those places you can't have enough. It's a little piece of heaven. Really peaceful, with all that you need. Confortable, clean, private, with all that you need. Nancy is a great host. she gave us all the advices we needed and her recommendations were priceless, communication with her was always good. The cabin is near several interesting places and a 20 min drive to all the stores you need. I'll keep it as one of my favorites and I'm definitely coming back.

Audrey’s place is incredible. The updates and decor are a gem in Fairbanks. She is very accommodating and friendly, open to chatting and offering advice on adventures to see or places to eat while also respecting privacy. The view is incredible and the in-floor heating is tough to beat!

The apartment was wonderful. Everything you need and extremely clean. Very hospitable hosts and check in was easy. Unfortunately, my stay was for work so I did not get time to enjoy the area as much as I would’ve liked to, but it is in a beautiful location. The outdoor patio that is private to the apartment is a great little space for hanging out with friends and enjoying the views.

We are a group of 6 old friends visiting Fairbanks in February to celebrate lunar New Year and watch the Aurora. It was such a blast to stay at Lily's place for 4 nights and most luckily we saw the beautiful Aurora! Lily shared a lot of helpful information about Aurora watching, local restaurant recommendations, tourist spots etc before and during our trip. There's also a useful camera outside the house that we can dial in to monitor the Aurora without stepping out. The house is spacious and comfy. It is installed with floor warmer and HRV system to bring in fresh air. Everything works perfectly. There were also enough entertainment in the room. We played many table tennis games. We also cooked a lot. The utensils were more than enough for a 6-ppl Chinese dinner. Highly recommend for a group trip! We would definitely choose the place again next time we visit Fairbanks!

It was a nice place easy to find. Win gave us very clear instructions and the home was very comfy exactly like the photos definitely would stay again!

Adam and Karuna went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We traveled from Europe with two little kids and got in late- it was easy to find the place, the kitchen was stocked with a few helpful groceries, and it was a cozy welcome with the heater/fireplace glowing. They let us know when the northern lights were out and answered any questions or requests promptly. I would definitely recommend this place to family and friends looking for a place to say in the area.

We arrived at 230 am and the map stopped us at the drive prior to the correct one. It was a little hard to figure out to the point we ended up staying the night at hotel (there were two unit 4) however the property manager and owner refunded us for the hotel. Ian, property manager, was so helpful and communicative. He took care of us very well. Even changed the verbiage on the site to make it easier for the next guests. And he even asked me for my feedback, which was amazing! The house was very clean and homey. Very good instructions written for espresso machine as well as had all accommodations such as shampoo, conditioner, & body wash dispenser (even though I brought my own it was so nice to see that), cotton ball’s, q tips, washing detergent etc. Beautifully furnished and comfortable. We appreciate the hospitality and the great place to call home for the week!! Thanks Ian!! You’re the best!! I would do business with him again if we ever venture back to Alaska!! GREAT HOST!!

Amazing host! Drove me to the airport and had a wonderful conversation! Definitely will be back to this lovely and peaceful stay!
