Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Fairbanks

This place was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the perks (like coffee, champagne and the hot tub). It was fun watching the plane land in the river and the river boat push by daily.

We loved our stay here! We were able to walk to coffee shops and parks during our stay. It was very inviting and a lovely space. Would definitely book again!

Excellent location to relax after a long day of exploring Alaska! The views are breathtaking and an extraordinary way to start and end your day. My morning coffee isn’t the same without the view of the river and mountains! The short drive to town makes it convenient for shopping or enjoying all that Fairbanks has to offer including Lulu’s bread and bagels, museum of the north, and the Tanana Valley Farmers market. We also enjoyed being able to use the gas grill and having two bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The open living space surrounded by windows allowed us to enjoy the view from almost anywhere, while the longer Alaskan days helped increase the viewing time. Excellent home, great location, astounding views, hope to return!!!

We had a great stay in Fairbanks at this home. Cozy interior and enough room for 4 adults. Close to shopping and downtown Fairbanks (10 minutes). Home was as pictured and very clean inside. We made use of the convenient washer and dryer as this was the midway point of our week long road trip. Would book again.

I cannot say enough good things about this hangar home and the hosts!! 10 minutes from the airport, convenient access to everything we wanted to do, and absolutely beautiful inside and out. The beds were amazingly comfortable, and the curtains let us sleep well in the light. There are the planes that take off and land outside, but it was never a bother or very early or late. Most of all, Ruth and Johanna were incredibly responsive, and went above and beyond to help us out during our stay. (And their binder of local recommendations was fantastic…we tried out several and loved them all!). I hope to come back and stay longer.

We really enjoyed staying here! It was a good location pretty closer to Fairbanks but far enough out of town to feel like a woods retreat. The views from the living room window were amazing. Everything we needed for a weekend getaway was there. Thanks!

We really loved staying at Nicole's Chalet - it was even cuter in person than in the photos! The living room is very cozy with comfortable couches. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with beautiful linens. There were two bathrooms, which was more than enough for our family of four. The kitchen was very well equipped and easy to find everything we needed. It happened to be hot while we were there, and happily, there is a little air conditioner in the living room that we turned on once a day for just about an hour, and that was enough to keep the place quite comfortable. A few special things about Nicole's place: We loved all the art work! It is clear that Nicole loves this place and she has put her heart into it. Lots of fun details like artsy light switch plates, fun colors everywhere, and the framed art on the walls. And the original woodwork throughout really adds to the charm. Nicole is friendly and a great communicator. I hope we can stay there for our next visit! Thanks Nicole!

The place was in a beautiful location and everything you need is about a 10min drive away from the place. The host was very quick to responding. The bedding was comfortable and the place providing everything that you needed. Extra bedding, bathroom and kitchen utensils. 10/10 would recommend to others!

Jon’s place was in great condition and had everything we needed for our stay. The house is 5 min from a small grocery store if you need anything quick and 15 min from North Pole town. We felt safe while we stayed there and were happy with how peaceful the neighborhood was. You can see the northern lights by just stepping outside. Jon even texted us at night to let us know we could see them which was super helpful. He was accommodating and always very responsive. Checkin and checkout were also very easy and we had no problems. I would recommend staying here

She helped me during the hardest time of my life so far and has went above and beyond to make sure me and the kids had what we needed. Thank you so much! Definitely would stay here versus a hotel here.

This is a very nice B&B. It is easy to access from Fairbanks , very comfortable, decorated nicely& presented very clean. We would definitely stay here again.

An incredible find! It is the perfect location as it’s close to downtown and lots of different restaurants. The view from the balcony is superb as you can see the Chena River and the city! Loved it here and would definitely boom again!

This place more than exceeded our expectations everything was very thoughtful! Full kitchen with all the amenities made cooking a breeze! The dishwasher made quick work of the dishes after. The washer and dryer is such a plus! The bathroom heated floors! The hot tub very clean and well maintained and the view so peaceful! The book with helpful resources and local recommendations was such a lovely touch! This could easily sleep 6 people and with it just being the two of us we felt like royalty staying here! Don’t miss out on this location memories made here will last a lifetime!

Brendan’s place is great! Who doesn’t like a hot tub. Also they do provide an excellent breakfast. The eggs are some of the best I’ve ever had! Can’t recommend this place enough!!

I spent 2 nights at the cabin and loved it. Joy was incredibly helpful and communicative. The views are incredible and the cabin is exactly as it is described. It was so amazing to watch the northern lights dance across the sky (and be able to jump inside to warm up every once in a while ;) ) Just a helpful tip-the listing is very accurate-you need to bring your own coffee, cups, bowls etc.

This was the perfect cabin for me and my friends first visit to Fairbanks. It had everything listed and more. So far it has been the best stay I have had due to the stocked cabinets of food and beverages. Remi and Matt were great host with check-in accommodations and communication was very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you want to catch the aurora lights or simply be in a great location with access to everything you can do in Fairbanks. All of our expectations were met and would stay again.

Cute cozy place to stay in for a few nights. Easy access to roads, very quiet and peaceful area! Susan provided excellent hospitality.

Jessica's cabin was perfect for our family getaway! Close to Fairbanks so we could take advantage of amenities, but far enough out to give us some quiet. Jessica stocks the cabin with everything that you could possibly need and even things that you don't anticipate you might need!

Carol's place was in a quiet forested area to the north of Fairbanks, which perfectly suited our group. The premises were very well presented and very clean and tidy. If you want a place that is walking distance to shops and close to downtown Fairbanks, this is not the place for you, but with a car it does not take long to reach services. An excellent stay.

Great place to stay. It’s right outside of town, very quiet and peaceful. Check-in was extremely easy and the cabin was very clean and cozy. Would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to try out a small cabin!

My family and I had a wonderful time here! The Airbnb was exactly as Rebekah described—charming, cozy, and tucked away in the woods, yet only 20 minutes from town and super easy to find. It was the perfect peaceful escape. Every detail, from the furniture to the décor, was thoughtfully chosen and added to the cozy vibe. The bed was super comfy, the water pressure was great, and we appreciated the little touches like the books and mini fridge. Rebekah went above and beyond by leaving wood for the outdoor fire pit, along with fresh and delicious eggs, homemade granola, and milk—such a lovely and personal touch. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Thanks again!!
