This home is amazing, but the views are spectacular. Marzia was so helpful and friendly checking us in and giving us recommendations. Just to be aware, the 2nd floor bedroom has quite short ceilings and a tub with a hand held, but no overhead placement. Underground dedicated parking was very beneficial. The location gives you easy walkable access to Bellagio and San Giovanni. We enjoyed afternoon aperitif’s on the balcony daily. I highly recommend this house for a quieter and simpler Bellagio stay.

We LOVED it here. Marianna and her partner Ruben have poured their hearts into this place and take great pride in their rental. Super clean, comfortable, has everything you could need. The views of the lake from the deck are gorgeous, stunningly so. Check in and out very convenient. Great communication and flexible throughout. Home is in a quiet neighborhood with just lovely neighbors. Walkable to Lezzeno and just a small drive from Bellagio. There is a small walking path we found to a waterfall to the left. Down the walking path takes you to the shore and boats. We honestly loved this place and want to come back and bring more friends and family. The views are stunning. This place is fantastic!

The place is in a great location. The view from the terrace is magnificent. The bathrooms and kitchen are in very good condition. Unfortunately, the beds were a little uncomfortable. We'd love to come back!

We had a wonderful stay in Elisabetta’s apartment in Bellagio. The apartment is really lovely, as per the photos (if not nicer in real life), plus you have the use of an outdoor balcony/courtyard (which was ideal for giving our small dog some outdoor space) with patio table and chairs. The location was perfect - right in the heart of the town and a stone’s throw from the ferry service, restaurants, shops and bars. Accessing the apartment by car is a little tight through the narrow ZTL area if you have a SUV-type car, but we were provided with extremely helpful instructions to guide us through. We also really want to highlight just how accommodating, kind and friendly Elisabetta was throughout our stay. She was always available, checked in on how our stay was going and really helped us out by providing us a place to store our luggage after we’d checked out. A standout host! 🩷 We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We had a wonderful week at Sophie's house! The accommodation is quietly located in a small alley and is perfect for excursions in the area. Sophie is a great host and we felt very much! We will be happy to come back! 😊

A really nice holiday home. Yes, it takes some getting used to not being able to drive to the apartment, but Carla described everything well and for that it was a great flair and no disturbing cars. The view is indescribable. I spent hours looking out the window. We almost only had rain and yet we felt comfortable, which had a lot to do with the gigantic view. But most importantly, the apartment is spotlessly clean. I did not notice a house dust allergy at the time! The whole apartment is simply equipped, but you have everything you need to prepare simple meals. We were provided with tips on what to do on a daily basis, which has often inspired us. And in the small place are a pizzeria and a small bar where you can also have breakfast, both with delicious food. The journey took some getting used to for us (narrow streets with many curves). A small car makes sense.

I can’t imagine a better place to stay on Lake Como. The views of the lake from the balcony were a dream. We looked forward to having breakfast on the balcony every morning and soaking in those gorgeous views. There was plenty of room to stretch out in the apartment. The neighborhood was quiet, the space was clean and had a lovely but subtle scent to it. The sofa and king bed were very comfortable. The bed was firm enough to be supportive but not too hard. There was AC on both levels. Love that we could connect to our Netflix account. The walk to downtown is about 10 minutes and super easy going downhill- the walk back up the hill to the apartment wasn’t bad but I’d recommend wearing comfortable shoes. There are two restaurants within a shorter distance (maybe 3 minute’s walk) that offer breakfast and dinner. The pizza restaurant has great pizza. We absolutely love Anna’s place and would be thrilled to stay there again.

Clean and tidy apartment, host available and attentive to the needs of guests. We only stayed one night to visit Leolandia. Recommended!

Maria's place was easy to find in very beautiful area, very close to lake. just under house there is a cafe. Nice place to stay!

If you are looking for a retreat near Bellagio this is the place! We could not believe how absolutely beautiful the surroundings were and to have a private balcony and beach in the water was incredible. Could not give a higher recommendation if you are in the area, especially since it is so close to the bus stop and easy to navigate. Paola was also an incredibly accommodating host with an abundance of local recommendations and helpful information!

Our stay was very enjoyable. Everything seemed so clear through instructions wherever needed. Elizabeth was very responsive and helpful and very thoughtful. We even found a parking disc to borrow. The was a beautiful terrace with the views over Lake Como which we loved so much .Great for having breakfast or watching the sunset. Worthwhile saying that the kitchen and the house are fully equipped. Nothing is missed out. Definitely recommended to other guests.

Emilio and his daughter provided quick, clear, and truly sincere help, recommendations, advice, and help with our aging parents. They greeted us with great appreciation and warmth. We love Limonta, as it’s close to Bellagio without the business of tourists. The views from every window were breathtaking and each photo we took, a bit of a disappointment since we couldn’t really capture the beauty. It is best to have a car if you rent here. Parking is free. All of the amenities were as listed. Wonderful having 2 cucini, 2 lavatrici for 5 people. Exceptionally clean, spacious, very pretty, and windows with screens. Angelica immediately sent us ferry schedules for trips to Varenna, dining recommendations, and pamphlets were available for many other wonderful activities. We will definitely return. A very comfortable and very clean apartment with a fantastic view.

Everything was as described. Beautifully furnished, very clean. Ideal for two people. Everything great! It is certainly easier with a car; we were there by train and bus over Easter, which was not quite easy because the bus didn't run very much over the holidays. But we knew that in advance and was not a big problem for us.

Slavka+Salvatore are great hosts and very helpful. We had an issue with the car and Slavka helped us a lot with the workshop. Salvatore brought us a large basket of fresh tomatoes from the garden on the first day. The garden is huge and the area in front of the apartment is very nice for your own use. The apartment is quietly located in a residential area. The center with many shopping opportunities and the beach are about 5 minutes away by bike. It was a wonderful vacation. We will definitely be back!

The place is really great. It is a super nice and fully equipped apartment that is great for short or long stays. Also perfect for working from home. Top Wi-Fi and desk. The communication with the landlady worked great. She gave us good tips and helpful hints. Check-in was super easy and clear. :)

What a great spot! Close to the airport with transfer included. Host did an amazing job preparing the flat with everything you could possibly need at your fingertips. Plus a great restaurant directly behind the unit. It was a home away from home!

We enjoyed Lierna which is a more quiet place than others around Como. We especially enjoyed the Lovely terrace with lake front view and the central location. It was close to the boat pier, trainstation and central square. There was a lovely deli next door, super market across the road and bakery down the road. Several nice restaurants within walking distance.

Antonietta and Rocco's hospitality was superb. Check-in was done in person and without problems, the room was very well maintained and I immediately felt relaxed. Also, heavy items like water, milk, and fruit juices were already present in the refrigerator, which was very helpful. The view from the veranda is fantastic and with a short walk you can reach the lake. There is also a large supermarket nearby, so you can have fun even without a car. I recommend spending pleasant moments in this wonderful owner's room!

Apartment was very good,very clean and warm like at home. The ownes very friendly,they give as something from the farm for free and they respond you for everything. I have it a bad luck because was raining every day but still the place was beautiful. I recommend it.

10-15 minute walk from main area in Como. Bus station right outside the apartment which is helpful. Would stay again.

We had a great time at Irene's place, very good place that I would highly recommend. It is necessary to provide tissues for the tears that we leave after the day of Irene's departure!
