You've moved into Svendborg's Latin Quarter with the nicest view. If you start with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here, you can hardly detach yourself to experience the rest of the city. Stunning views of the wooden ship bridge with the archipelago ferry service from both the living room and the 1st floor. Lovely little garden and secluded terrace. But should you have time, the townhouse is one minute walk from the city center, cafes, restaurants, beach and bridge, ferries, train and bus. Min 2 days. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to stairs.

Large garden that accommodates many possibilities and several terraces. There is a few minutes walk to the water with a jetty (not during the winterperiod) .Fine beaches in the area, good shopping, and eateries in Fåborg. About 30 to Svendborg. Area of peace and quiet. From October-April, the house is intended for 4 persons as the 2 beds are in unheated annex. Genuine holiday fun. 200 m to child-friendly beach. The water is perfect for fishing including trout and mackerel. price excludes linens, cloths, tea towels, towels. This can be purchased for an extra 60, - (8€)/ person. Please let us know when booking if the linen package is desired. (Two bed annex is for summer use only)

Lenes house with a sea view, come and relax

Old farmhouse with a wonderful sea view. The house is situated on a hill from which you have an amazing view over a Forest, lake and the south sea of Funen. The house is surrounded by a big garden where you in the summertime are welcome to pick the fruit from the trees. Its the place where I grew up, with a lot of nice memories. The local supermarket is 3km ( Ulbølle) away, and the next lager city Faaborg 10 km and Svendborg 16 km away. The garden is peaceful. Just take a book and relax!

Viewing the south funen archipelago

The Sommerhouse is a nice little house providing a comfortable stay for all ages, a family with small children, or with teen agers.. water sports of vary sorts are possible, kite surfing it is great ares for learning, in or out see swimming, you can swim to a island if you got the metal for it or just cruise along the coast for a few miles.. biking it is the danish alps, Svannike Bakker are just around the corner.. use the small country side roads there is a lot less traffic
