You've moved into Svendborg's Latin Quarter with the nicest view. If you start with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine here, you can hardly detach yourself to experience the rest of the city. Stunning views of the wooden ship bridge with the archipelago ferry service from both the living room and the 1st floor. Lovely little garden and secluded terrace. But should you have time, the townhouse is one minute walk from the city center, cafes, restaurants, beach and bridge, ferries, train and bus. Min 2 days. Not suitable for people with walking disabilities due to stairs.

Cozy apartment with private south-facing terrace

The guest apartment is located in one part of my house, which is located in quiet surroundings close to the city center. There is a separate entrance with a key box and exit to a south-facing terrace. I have chickens in the garden and will supply the apartment's fridge with eggs when there are any eggs. There is free coffee and tea, but you must bring your own milk and breakfast. I also live in the house, which is old and we all have to show consideration for each other of course.

We rent out our small town house (approx. 60 sqm), centrally located, in the middle of Funen. The house is rented to 4 people. From the house is on foot 10. min to the station, 10 min. to the swimming pool/leisure center with fitness etc. 2 min. to Netto and 5 minutes to the city, where there is cinema, cafe, restaurant, several grocery stores, Matas, library etc. The house is located 5 minutes from the motorway network, where it only takes 20 minutes to Odense, Svendborg and Nyborg.

Authentic and cozy town house in the very center of Svendborg. Only 250 meters to the beach, 500 meters to the pedestrian street and shopping area, it does not get more central than this. The house is newly renovated with brand new furniture (pictures to be updated). The house offers spacious bedrooms and a nice living room, and also a beautiful roof top terrace and a cozy backyard garden. “Home with piano and pallet couch, perfect for a family vacation. Shopping, shops, and cafes are a stone's throw away. The house has its own parking space and garden with barbecue, tables, chairs and hammock only available for the guests of the house. Cleaning is included in the price. Of course you clean up after yourself, take out the trash and swing the vacuum cleaner. Please note that the house is rented for at least 5 nights.

This unique gem (110m2) oozes soul and charm. It is located in one of Svendborg's oldest and most popular neighborhoods. All the way down by the wooden ship harbor, 100m from the station, the pedestrian street and Ærøfærgen. There is a small enclosed garden as well as a lovely little backyard. Therefore, it is quiet and nice💗, suitable for children. You share the outdoor space with the owner who lives in the backyard.
