Monthly Rentals in Fa Ham

I have used Weeraphan's listing several times. Always true to the listing, very clean, good supply of toiletries and drinking water, quick and excellent response from him at all times. The complex, with its superb pool (including a large area for toddlers and youngsters), useful gym, great common areas with seating both indoors and outdoors and immaculately maintained landscape and buildings is a great place to stay. Walking Proximity to the mall with its many facilities, and robust security are also worth a mention. We used Grab to travel around - be sure to check out the free shuttles on red trucks offered by the mall. Can't go wrong here.

This was my first time renting a condo through Airbnb, and it was a wonderful experience. The condo looked exactly like the pictures and was beautifully located within a lovely compound. We truly enjoyed our stay. During our time there, the toilet water spray suddenly stopped working, but after I informed Maam, she responded promptly and fixed the issue right away. From day one, she was very responsive and helpful. We stayed for 28 nights, and it truly felt like home. Maam also gave great recommendations for local attractions, which made our visit even better. The condo was very clean, and I especially loved the kitchen and the comfortable bed. The price was reasonable considering all the amenities provided. I highly recommend Maam’s condo if you’re planning to stay in Chiang Mai. It's in a convenient location—close to BIG C, Makro, and Central. Getting around the city was easy, and Bolt rides were even cheaper than in Bangkok. Thank you again, Maam!

I have stayed here multiple times and would rebook again anytime. If I could, I would keep this gem a secret for myself, but I believe fellow travelers would enjoy their experience here as much as I did. It’s a charming, bright, and spotlessly clean studio with one of the best hosts on Airbnb. Communication was always easy, very friendly, and quick. I’m already looking forward to my next stay! 😊🙏
