This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, brand-new building completed in September 2009. Very beautiful and comfortable house. It had a very complete kitchen and the shower was hot and with good pressure! With the central heating, we don't feel cold at all! In addition, all the beds were comfortable and the sheets and towels were 10 points. The only thing out there to highlight is that it has 1 bathroom upstairs that is more uncomfortable to access and you end up using the one on the 1st floor all the time.

The place is new and has everything you might need while traveling. It’s spacious and has high ceilings that make it seem even bigger. Having the washing machine was an added benefit and the hosts were kind and immediately delivered a drying rack to us when we asked for it. The hosts were very helpful and responsive. Sometimes there was some generator-like noise coming from outside but it was not for a long period of time and it didn’t cause an issue for us.

Fantastic Stay! For me, this is one of the best Airbnbs in Buenos Aires! The neighborhood is a real neighborhood, not a touristy area with too many fancy stores, but it is also safe and very close to many popular neighborhoods, like Palermo. It has all the conveniences , plus the feel of a real "barrio". The apartment itself is light, airy, and spacious. The pictures do not do it justice. The view is exceptional, as 16 floors is very high for BsAs. And to sit in the Japanese soaking tub at night is the cherry on top. It is completely private, but you can see the whole city. This is a rare find, since you will usually only find shared jacuzzis in buildings in BsAs. Unlike many Airbnbs, Timothi's home is someone's actual home, not a sterile space. This means you will find personal touches. He left a computer station, all sorts of cooking supplies like oil, sugar, spices, etc. He left lots of bottled water, and a bottle of wine. Really lovely guy, gracious host, and great communicator!
