Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Eyraud-Crempse-Maurens

Beautiful stay at Monsegur. Very private, peaceful stay with friendly locals. Julien is wonderful- nothing is too much bother and we visited his parents family run restaurant which was opposite the house and our favourite place to eat during our stay. Kids loved the pool and garden. Highly recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Le Petit Cinq Ruffe. Caroline and Paul were excellent hosts and made us feel very welcome. Nothing was too much trouble. The property was lovely and met all our needs. The location was very rural and quiet; exactly what we had hoped for. The welcome included a lovely platter of local produce and delicious wine. We thoroughly enjoyed it! We would not hesitate to highly recommend this property.

Nathalie and Tim were such extraordinary hosts! My family and I had a wonderful time staying in their beautiful home! The house itself is perfect for cooking, relaxing, and spending time together. We were able to enjoy the wonderful gardens and the pool all day and watch the sunset from our patio each evening. Such a stunning and relaxing atmosphere. The best part was how well taken care of we felt all week. Nathalie helped organize a tour of local vineyards, scheduled a wine tasting by the pool, and cooked dinner for us all on 2 evenings. She also had great local restaurant and market recommendations! We also loved our morning chocolatines and croissants! They were extremely kind and accommodating throughout the trip - delivering bottles of wine when we ran short, lending us a pot so that we could cook a big stew one night, and even working a miracle helping me removing a grenadine stain from a white dress I bought at a local market. I can’t recommend this wonderful home enough!

Such an idyllic stay! The gîte is perfectly located amidst peaceful surroundings, you really feel like you’re in the middle of the French countryside. The garden is enormous, and was a lovely area for our little girl to run around. The pool area is very clean and looks new, located within the grounds , it’s a little walk from the gite but this is great for feeling of privacy. The gite itself is well equipped, clean, spacious and remains cool even when it’s very warm outside. A home away from home. It’s very easy to park outside the front. The local village is very picturesque with restaurants, boulangerie, mini supermarket. It’s a quick drive down, but was too far for us to walk, especially in the heat. Sarah was a fantastic host, was very easy to contact and responsive. Such a wonderful introduction to the Dordogne region for my family and I100% would recommend. Merci beaucoup pour tout, Sarah. Nous avons vraiment passé un séjour incroyable!! On avait pas envie de partir!

Such a relaxing few days spent at this beautiful cottage. Nature, the local village and the sauna/hot tub were exactly what we needed

An ideal place to stay if you plan to visit the Dordogne. The house is very spacious and has everything you need, with a nice garden, a large living room and a terrace. The location is also very convenient because it is very close to Bergerac (20 minutes by bike from the city centre) while being in a very quiet place. Mathilde and Michael are very caring and welcoming hosts, and their animals (a dog, a cat and chickens) are adorable and friendly and will come to visit you if you leave the door open🙂

Odette, François's wife, received us kindly and made us feel right at home. She made sure we were able to go into relax mode right away. We also got tips on what we could possibly do and because we were in transit, which we could also do better somewhere else. François and Odette came to check several times during our stay whether everything was to your liking, so we also chatted cozily. Very hospitable people and a top studio (which will apparently also be renovated). In the morning we left at 8am and they were ready to wave us out. Definitely recommended!

It is everything the other reviewers say and more. The commitment to the theme is amazing. It is clear that Sabrina wants you to have a magical experience.

We stayed for 4 nights and enjoyed the apartment and its terraced garden. The view from the terrace is a pleasant one overlooking rooftops and towards a hill. It was nice to meet Ralf on arrival who showed us around, explained how the apartment worked and had time to have a chat - so much nicer than arriving to a lockbox. This is a new listing so I think almost everything is brand new - which was a plus. The beds were firm and to our liking. The kitchen is well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils - which is great as I like to cook. There is a nice dining table and chairs on the terrace as well as other outdoor furniture. The apartment is really close to the historic centre of Sarlat - probably a five minute walk. Also close by is a bakery and it is only a few minutes walk to the supermarket if you don’t want to drive to the bigger supermarkets on the outskirts of the town. The property has a locked gated entry with parking just to the side of the apartment.

Very short stay as part of a training, but still much appreciated. Listing with quality amenities and thoughtfully appointed. What to do is also left available, it's nice, as well as the little touches of the owners. Interesting exchanges with Jean-Paul about village life and nearby birds. A "nature" break from hosts who respect it. Don't hesitate!

The apartment and the house are very lovingly renovated and carefully modernized, so that medieval charm and high comfort combine. The garden is large and beautiful, the location perfect. Françoise was very friendly and helpful on arrival (she also speaks very good German) and check-out was straightforward. All in all a great experience, we would have liked to have stayed a long time and enjoyed the tranquility and beauty of the place!

the apartment is beautiful, the medieval style building delighted me, close to everything, wonderful restaurants nearby, the cathedral opposite is simply beautiful. I would definitely recommend it and will come back someday

We just spent a few days at this amazing apartment in La Roque-Gageac. The place is in a building several hundreds of years old, renovated with lots of taste, beautiful and modern bathrooms, a lovely courtyard with tables and chairs to relax in, comfortable beds. Adrien and Marion are a wonderful couple that welcomed us warmly. Our children loved their gentle dog, Indi - we loved the restaurant next door. The perfect place for a glass of wine and a taste of their remarkable food! Right in the center of la Roque-Gageac, loads of things to do such as hikes, castle visits, going to markets, cooking class, biking and canoeing (what we couldn’t do due to poor weather conditions). I highly recommend staying here! All the best to Adrien and Marion!

Such a wonderful location, so secluded and peaceful. We were welcomed warmly and calmly. The house was spotless, the pool was lovely and warm and the house is much larger than it appears. We particularly liked the huge bed. Coming from England we were excited by the shutters and it was perfectly dark. We slept so well. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. We will be coming back next time we are in France, and next time bringing friends. It was wonderful.

This is the second time we have stayed at Loustalet. Need I say more? Extremely comfortable home, everything we needed for a family holiday. Nightingales sang in the woods, buzzards and kites soared above us and we were visited by hares and deer in the garden. The house is well situated for what we needed in Castillion la Bataille and close enough to enjoy Saint Emilion and Libourne. Our host was extremely attentive and helpful yet respected our privacy and we are surely to return again.

This is a beautiful house. The photos don’t do it justice. The surrounding countryside is peaceful and quiet. The house has pretty much everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Val was a kind and attentive host who responded to our messages quickly and was helpful with recommendations for bakeries, patisseries, restaurants and days out. Sadly the weather meant that the pool was a bit too cold to use but we used the plentiful seating in the pool area a lot and were able to eat out on the terrace in the evening. I would thoroughly recommend this beautiful home and we may well be back another year.

The house matched the description. Jean-Baptiste responded very quickly to our questions. The setting and location are fantastic. The swimming pool with the vineyards surrounding the house are an absolute added value.

Serge’s place is amazing. We spent a lovely 10 days there in May and it was exactly what we were looking for. It’s walking distance into the village which has everything you need, and the place itself is clean, well appointed and in a beautiful setting with its own lake. Serge was so responsive and kind to us during the stay too - he went the extra mile to make sure we enjoyed ourselves!

We had a short stay at Pierre's but it was successful. The accommodation is nice and we slept well there. Pierre was receptive to our request for late arrival because of the big traffic jams encountered on the highway on Friday night, the day before the extended weekend. Just one small downside, we only communicated via the Airbnb site, fortunately downloaded on the phone, which is not super simple when you don't have alerts like me. You have to log in to the mailbox or the Airbnb website each time. I'm a little disappointed that Pierre didn't give me his mobile number, it would have been easier and more friendly. This is the first time in my many Airbnb rentals. I was a little surprised that my request for a phone number remained unanswered. We arrived late and left early the day after and had no direct contact, unfortunately.

We had a wonderful stay... The estate is beautiful. The place is quiet despite the nearby airport. The living spaces are spacious, the bedding is comfortable, swimming pool, jacuzzi, shops nearby, everything was there. The concierge staff are lovely whether it's at check-in or check-out. A place to discover... I recommend ++++
