Le Mas des Sens is a 60 m² cottage surrounded by nature, just 2 km from the centre of the village of Eymoutiers and 15 minutes from the lake and the island of Vassivière. Spread over two levels, it includes a kitchen area, a cosy living room, two bedrooms upstairs and a bathroom. The cottage is adjacent to our house, with no neighbours overlooking, and designed to preserve everyone's peace and quiet. It offers a real bubble of privacy, with its private terraces and garden facing nature.

Apartment for 6 people in the village of Eymoutiers, a small town of character with all services and shops: supermarket, organic grocery store, bakeries, butcher shop, cinema... The accommodation includes a large living-dining room with kitchenette, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom: 1 bedroom with double bed and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. The apartment is bright and located 10 min walk from Eymoutiers-Vassivière SNCF train station, 15 min drive from Lake Vassivière and 45 min from Limoges.

The glass facade gives a fantastic view over the valley. Baker and grocery store in the village. To relax, this is the place!

In an exceptional setting, close to the beautiful Lake Vassivière, come and discover our completely renovated gîte. Le Béchat can accommodate 8 to 10 people, it will seduce you with its services, its noble materials, as well as its environment, in a vast property surrounded by forests, meadows and rivers. Our alpacas, horses, ponies, donkeys, goats, sheep, rabbits, will delight young and old. Beautiful walks also await you in the woods and gardens of the property.

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a moment of calm in our recently refurbished 25 m² studio, all comforts on a wooded property with pond, waterfalls and marked trails. Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

Welcome to Eymoutiers! This new and independent accommodation, attached to our house, offers a private entrance, a cozy living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom and separate toilet. Although located on the street side, the double glazing ensures calm, and the bedroom overlooks a peaceful wood descending to the Vienne. A peaceful little haven to unwind for two or as a family.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

The cottage is located in the heart of a beautiful 4800 m² fenced park, offering a real immersion in nature. Our 110m² chalet can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people.

Relax in a premium 5-seater hot tub facing a giant screen and enjoy a movie while comfortably immersed in the water. Suite 1925 also offers a Retro Chic bar decorated with vintage objects from the early 20th century and a terrace with panoramic views of nature. In summer, the SPA turns into an INDOOR POOL heated to 33°C, an ideal space to enjoy the water away from the sun and intense heat.
