Family home in the countryside

Warm house surrounded by century-old trees. Fully renovated two-story house. Downstairs living room with fireplace (insert), dining room, kitchen, dining area, one bedroom with separate toilet and bathroom. Upstairs is an open bedroom with two single beds (see photo) and a master suite. You will be greeted by Guy and Elisabeth who live on the estate. You will find dairy products (milk, butter, cheese, cream, dishes) in the neighboring farm.

40 m2 studio ideally equipped for quiet stays for two or solo, nature, fishing, sports lovers... You are on the ground floor, the main chalet is above. Private south-facing terrace allows you to enjoy the sun. In winter the warmth of wood heating, in summer it is naturally cool. We offer a small cottage of about 24 m2 comprising a living room with kitchen and living room, a small bedroom, a bathroom, a separate toilet and a terrace outside. The cottage is quietly located. We live next door and will be there to welcome you and ensure your stay goes smoothly. We practice mountain biking, road biking and hiking, we know the area perfectly and would be delighted to share our experiences with you.

Adorable Cabin by the Pond

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a quiet moment in our small, recently renovated, simple and friendly waterfront cabin. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.

Country house

House with a large living room, equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, kettle... 2 bedrooms: one with a 140 double bed one with 2 single beds 90 and a trundle bed (sleeps 3 but little room in the bedroom) bathroom with shower. Linens and towels not provided, Duvets and pillows provided Non-smoking, no pets.
