Rooms include bedroom, private bathroom, and sitting room/art studio with a sofa bed. 10 minutes from University of New Hampshire, and 30 minutes from Portsmouth. Small refrigerator, coffee maker and electric kettle. Nearby hiking, pickle-ball, tennis. In winter, 1 hour to downhill ski, cross country nearby. This property is a working farm and greenhouse business, with CSA vegetable gardens. All are welcome.

It is a tourist hub with night life, lots of sand, shops and restaurants! Head north up the coast and see towering beachfront houses, rocky beaches and gorgeous views! Beautiful views all year round!

Equine and outdoor enthusiasts! Enjoy time on our beautiful farm. Beautiful trails to walk and fields of horses to view (along with a couple of goats)! Chickens (enjoy our farm fresh eggs), cats, and 3 Golden Retrievers complete the resident list. Our rustic cottage comfortably sleeps two.
