The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Delightful newly renovated cottage with cozy wood burning stove. In the heart of stunning medieval village, Quiet location but short walk to the butcher, restaurant and tabac/bar. 5 mins drive to Montignac and the Lascaux caves and beautiful villages of thé Dordogne valley. Le Grange des Combas

The property is the old Smithy & Stable of a converted barn which has been refurbished giving a large open plan aspect to the kitchen/diner/lounge. There are 2 good sized bedrooms both en-suite. The rooms are light and airy with a nice homely yet modern feel. There is access to a nice and relaxing pool area surrounded by well kept gardens and grounds with a terrace area for outside dining. There is a fun petite chateau with attached swing and play area for the children to enjoy.
