Holiday rentals with a patio in Excideuil

Emmanuelle was very communicative before we arrived and during our stay. The yard and view of the river were very nice and the stroll to the bi-weekly market and restaurants were very easy. Overall, Le Bugue is a great jumping off point for the French countryside of the Perigord, but many storefronts of the village appeared vacant.

Nous avons été trés bien accueillis par Paulette. Le logement est bien agencé et dans un Quartier calme. Il est conforme à sa description. Proche du centre de Brive à pied. Trés bonne expérience

Fantastic location in the historic centre and wonderful little appt in an ancient, restored building. The kitchen is tiny and there was no washing machine or easy way to make coffee. Courtyard directly outside was lovely to sit in at night. Melissa is very responsive and there is private parking nearby. Saturday market in the town square was excellent.

Très joli appartement, lumineux, très propre, joliment meublé et avec tout le nécessaire en cuisine. Quartier très calme avec places de stationnement disponibles et gratuites. A 10 mn à pied du centre-ville et du marché, et 20 mn du stade (vive le rugby !). Yvan est charmant, et très réactif et disponible. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés pour notre prochaine halte à Brive :-)

Lovely few days. The location is beautiful. Steve was amazing at communicating and very helpful. Pascal the house sitter was there ready to greet us when we arrived. Hosts were very helpful and kind rectifying any issues etc and their customer service was outstanding.

Beautiful, comfortable apartment and surroundings. The hosts’ design background was evident in bringing together old and new. We were sad that we weren’t able to enjoy the restaurant but the grounds were lovely. Private patio was a bonus and every day we enjoyed the views over the river. Would highly recommend.

Très bon séjour passé dans ce logement. Rien à redire, nous étions six pour un week-end sur Bergerac et l’appartement a été exactement comme nous le souhaitions. Par message, les « hôtes » ont été bienveillants et ont très bien tout expliqués. Seul petit bémol : les volets du salon ne peuvent se fermer complètement, le loquet étant cassé. Mais ce n’est qu’un petit détail dans un séjour au top, Nous recommandons vivement !

Le logement est décoré avec goût, beau et très fonctionnel. Il est situé tout près du centre de Sarlat et en même temps, dans un environnement calme. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour votre séjour (vaisselles, équipements variés...) mais aussi tous les éléments que l'on ne pense pas forcément à apporter (sucre, café, thé, huile, sel, épices ...). Tout est fait pour rendre votre séjour parfait. Les hôtes sont plein d'attentions. Cerise sur le gâteau : si, comme nous, vous aimez dormir dans le noir, la chambre de l'appartement vous proposera le noir le plus total. Bref, un séjour parfait !

One of the best rental properties we have ever used for all sorts of reasons. Nicola was an excellent host who was always very responsive and helpful. The house is set away from a tiny village in a quiet part of the region but this was perfect for us. Lots of space for our two children to play in. The property has been appointed beautifully. I would not hesitate returning.

La maison est très agréable, très bien équipée. Nous avons passé un très beau séjour, au calme. Des visites, des randonnées sont accessibles à proximité. Rebecca a toujours été réactive à nos questions.

We stayed 3 wonderful months in Veronique’s house. We had our two small dogs with us and the yard was securely fenced and safe for them. The house is in a vineyard and Guilherme (Veronique’s son) frequently came to tend his vines. Guilherme is a charming young man and we looked forward to seeing him and chatting with him. Guilherme respected our privacy but we always went out to chat with him if we saw him. He also was quick to respond to any questions we had and he is a good source of information about the area. The house is stylishly decorated and has nice new furniture and beds all of which are comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. We have stayed in many rental houses for the past 8 months as we first drove across the US and then moved to France. Veronique’s house was by far the best house that we rented. So many houses had broken down uncomfortable furniture. We will cherish the good memories we have of staying in Veronique’s house! Thank you, Veronique!

Très bon séjour chez Ricardo qui est un hôte très sympathique et disponible. Le logement est bien équipé, confortable et propre. Il ne permet pas d'accéder aux équipements tels que le jacuzzi ou la piscine ce qui n'est pas dérangeant si vous passez vos journées en excursion comme nous. Si vous souhaitez profiter d'un logement de vacances pour y passer des journées entières, préférez l'autre logement proposé par Ricardo. La terrasse équipée d'un bbq permet toutefois de profiter de l'extérieur.

Un grand Merci Michel pour ton accueil, ton sourire, ton humour et ta joie de vivre cela fait du bien !! L'esprit de famille est bien là ! Un logement superbe avec prestations attendues on ne peut être que satisfait... À très bientôt et sur une plus longue durée 😉

Lovely country house, nicely decorated, a lot of space in the house and outside, fully equipped kitchen. The internet in the second sleeping room is perfect for working abroad.

Gite dans une belle demeure salardaise paisible. Cadre très agréable avec des lapins à admirer à la fraîche dans le jardin. L’intérieur du gîte est conforme à la description. Les pièces sont spacieuses et fraîches, ce qui est agréable en été. Merci beaucoup Mark pour votre accueil, vos conseils de visites et la bouteille de rosé.

Appartement très confortable, très propre et très bien aménagé, parfait pour notre sejour d'une nuit à Périgueux.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour. Tout est fonctionnel. Équipe agréable et disponible.

Super stay in a very historic building, swimming every day. Internally superb although the main building could do with a bit of attention, only expected with the age of the place. Great stay...thanks Jason

The place is beautiful! Even more than the pictures show. The pool was such a hit - specially on those 38* days. The grounds of the property are very well maintained. Delphine was very responsive and went out of her way to help me when I lost my wallet. Thank you for letting us use your place, it sure is a memory the kids won’t forget about :-)
