Maria and Jean Marc are welcoming, very friendly and discreet people who immediately make you feel at home. The little house is very comfortable with everything you need to have a good stay and the neighborhood is very quiet. It was a real pleasure for me to have stayed there.

The stay was great. We were there as a family. 5 adults and we had a great time together but also the opportunity to be on our own. Two showers, 2 toilets and everything very clean. A spacious, inviting apartment with everything you need. On foot, you were in the pretty old town in a few minutes and had no stress about finding parking😆. In addition, the contact was very easy and you got a quick answer. I thought it was very nice that Laetitia and Jöel drove here on the last day to greet us personally. All in all highly recommended.

One of those ‘even better than expected’ places on Airbnb. Modern, clean, well designed apartment with amazing views over the lake. Location is great - walkable to a number of lake beaches and the village. Host is super responsive and super helpful! Would 100% stay again! 🤍

My stay went very well, quiet place. The access explanations were very clear. The apartment is warm, functional and very pleasant. Teo is very responsive in his answers to my questions. I recommend it without hesitating.

Cricri and Mina are great host. The communication had been very smooth. The place is clean and convenient. It overlooks the lake from balcony and is also close to a lot of restaurants. We were allowed to check in early which we really appreciated. The carpark is actually quite easy to access and has a lot of spaces. Nyon is a nice small town itself and the people here are definitely more friendly to the tourists than other areas of Switzerland. We may come back again. The accommodation is faithful to the description and the setting is very pleasant, perfect for a relaxing stay. very clean and functional accommodation. self check-in but Magaly had left us the instructions for our stay, and she remained reachable for any need for information. Located close to shops , restaurants, the eagles of Lake Geneva and port of Sciez. we were able to do everything on foot. close to the road but without the inconvenience of noise ,the accommodation is secluded in a quiet area. A nearby restaurant ( the farm of the Alps) not to be missed.

We came along the path with the motorcycles, and we were already greeted in a friendly manner. A briefing followed. The rooms integrated into the house are very quiet, bright and cosily furnished. Several doors separate the clean bathroom and the family's storage room, where cleaning supplies and the washing machine are located. In the evening, you can fold out the sofa bed and fall into bed. In the courtyard, you can sit comfortably with a glass of wine and enjoy part of the garden. We felt comfortable and enjoyed the tranquility.

We loved our stay for our family, it’s a beautiful apartment with a great view, everything we needed and a great location. The best factor is that Mina is so kind and flexible and nothing was an issue. Thank you Mina we highly recommend your place.

Our stay in Evian was heaven. Conveniently located, great restaurants nearby, close to the ferry, funicular, bus, and tourist information. I can't think of a better location! Strolling along the Lac Leman walk was so enjoyable and there is so much to do, nearby. We'll return for sure! Thank you so much, Ben!

The apartment is located in a very quiet and beautiful area, close to Lake Passy. It is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jean Christophe is an extremely friendly host and available when needed. I would highly recommend it.

Great stay in Haute Savoie. The accommodation is clean and well equipped for families, it is close to Evian, Thonon and Yvoire which makes it easy to visit this beautiful region. Sophie is always reachable and the instructions she communicates are excellent for enjoying the stay. I recommend it.

We had a great welcome from Jean Luc on arrival, with ideas for walks in Evian and the surrounding area. The apartment is very well located in the centre and Lake Evian. The city is nice. The apartment has everything you need (like at home). The garden is pleasant for naps. 😉 We had a great time and recommend.
