You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood. Just a couple of blocks from downtown Hopkins for shopping and restaurants. We are 10 miles west of Minneapolis. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).
“I am a physician and I stay at Beth's 20 weeks a year. During these days Beth schedules visitors at least 3 days apart, then waits 2 days for all possible viral fomites to disappear, and then very thoroughly cleanses and sanitizes the environment. I trust Beth literally with my life.”
Quiet cul-de-sac. Private bedroom & bathroom. Shared semi-private family room: fireplace, & second kitchen. Grab a blanket & curl up on the couch, read a book in a comfy chair, watch DVDs, play games, do a puzzle. Enjoy the view and fire-pit outside! Due to recent abuses we don’t allow smokers.
“Great Accommodations and Host!! Highly Recommend booking this place!! Very clean, neat, tidy home. We had clean, fresh sheets and towels, and a clean bathroom. We felt safe taking walks around the neighborhood. This place is also great for professionals on business trips. We'd definitely book with them again when we're in the area. 10 out of 10 stars from these satisfied guests!!”

“Debbie and Austin have a wonderful home. They have two paddle boards, a kayak, a canoe, a pedal boat, and a small battery-powered fishing boat. The water at the lake was the perfect temperature and not too many weeds. We were there during the week and the lake was almost empty - I swam across the lake and had no concerns about getting hit by a motorboat. The kitchenette doesn’t have a full oven but the toaster oven is high-quality and the kitchen has every appliance you could need: we made bacon, eggs, cinnamon rolls, grilled cheese in the panini press, brownies, coffee, etc. Debbie and Austin are also highly committed to maintaining safety in the time of COVID: they have an air purifier that cleans all the air over the span of 5 hours. Upon arrival all linens were clean and every surface was sparkling. Since they are so dedicated to cleaning, they asked us to check out earlier if possible (we checked out at 9), but they were incredibly hospitable and allowed us to continue hanging out on the lake and using all their water crafts until 3pm. After we left we drove over to Excelsior and explored the cute little town as well! Truly these are super hosts and you can’t find a better “lake life” experience this close to the Cities!”
