Our excellent experience with the Hosts began before we even arrived, and their hospitality was superb throughout our stay. Tryfon was most responsive to any questions we had. We arrived late in the evening due to issues with the plane. Giannis had already told me that the last bit was a climb, but even in the dark everything went fine. The first days there was a lot of wind and that set the shutters of the windows in motion, but when the wind goes down, it is wonderfully quiet. We slept wonderfully every day and discovered the rest of Athens from Neo Kosmos and ate in many places that Giannis had recommended. This was our first time Athens but what a nice city! We enjoyed it wonderfully. We haven't been home much but enjoyed the beautiful views every morning and late at night. This is not a luxury stay and it is not advertised by Giannis either. Top!

this is a great place for a longer stay. The view of the Arcopolis is amazing, the apartment is spacious and the kitchen is well equipped for those that want to cook. the location is quiet but close to a big selection of restaurants. Most of the ancient city sights and museums are walkable and if you want or need to take public transport the metro is not far away. Konstantinos was a great host. He met us when we arrived and took us through the apartment and was always responsive. He had a long list of great recommendations for places to go, things to do and restaurants to eat at.

The apartment is lovely, clean, well appointed, as described in the listing, and well located, but yes, the roof deck is fantastic! There is a view of the Acropolis from the roof deck. Our check in was easy and flexible. The location is so close to everything, but relatively quiet at night. There was some noise at night, but it usually subsided by 10:30 pm. It is close to the subway and so many of the local attractions. We could just pop back into the apartment for water, a rest, a bathroom break, whatever, while we explored the city. Tons of restaurants just a short walk away. We would definitely rent this apartment again if we return to Athens.

Great location, can't beat it. It was the best spot - walking distance to everything. I will surly be back here again and recommend to others. One thing, it can be loud at night. However, the great location makes up for this. It is a unique property and we loved it.

Great communication with host, very central location, easy to navigate Athens

Great place to stay with all of the major "best things in Athens" things on a reasonable walking distance. Neighborhood looks a bit odd upon arrival, but really needs a bit of exploration. Then you will find place for a good coffee, supermarket and some superb small plates restaurants just around the corner. The villa itself is great with the indoor swimming pool as an interesting asset. Its very spacious and neat, with nice outdoor places. Only minus is that there is only one shower on ground floor that really needs a bit of an upgrade. But with a dip in the pool as an alternative, not the worst thing that can happen. Overall a recommendable place to stay for an Athens city trip

Wow is all I can say. Me and 3 friends stayed at the heART house and absolutely loved it. You can find something new and interesting to look at everyday. A beautiful home and Angie was a beautiful host, always messaging me to check up on us and giving us great recommendations for food and markets near by. It is perfectly located being far enough from the city in a relaxing part of town, but only a €6-7 taxi ride to downtown Athens. 10/10 would stay here again!

This was a perfect place to call home while visiting family for 2wks. We were very comfortable and it was nice to come back to such a nice place to relax at night. Plenty of room to spread out. Everything was clean. Stemis was extremely helpful. Look forward to staying here again!

Very well-located accommodation. Maria greeted us when we arrived and had prepared small touches for us. We were able to take our place before the scheduled time. Accommodation located 8 mins from the metro and just 3 mins from Market in supermarket. Maria gave us recommendations ( supermarket and bakery) From the accommodation no need to take the metro ( except to go to the port of Piraeus ) to see the main sights. I would recommend it .

We had a fantastic long-term stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Neo Faliro. The apartment was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. It truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was fully equipped, the bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were thoughtfully provided. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Very friendly, kind, and genuinely nice people. They were extremely accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions or requests we had, making our stay smooth and stress-free. Neo Faliro itself is a great area—peaceful yet well-connected, with easy access to public transport, the coast, and Piraeus. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality stay in Athens. Definitely a 5-star experience!

We stayed at Mary's place for a full week. We appreciated the proximity to the local amenities. We had 2 young children under the age of 2 years old and we were within a few minutes walking distance to two parks that they enjoyed playing at. The home is situated on a quiet street and we appreciated the gated front entrance. This home is suitable for a family of 4. Beds were comfortable and there was ample living space for everyone. We appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms. There is a great balcony situated off of the dining room area and it was nice to have a place to sit outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Hara was always attentive, kind, and quick to respond. The apartment is beautiful — spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped for a long stay. We spent a month there and truly felt at home. We highly recommend this place; Hara is a fantastic host. If we return to Athens, we’ll definitely stay here again.

This place was perfect for our stay in Athens. Great to escape the crowd in the centre of Athens but only 4 metro stops (10-15 mins) from the acropolis. The area it’s in is lovely and has a real local community vibe with local restaurants and shops. Everyone was friendly too. The apartment was well furnished and had everything we needed. The beds are really comfy and the 2 bathrooms were superb -the showers were amazing. Totally recommend this for families and couples heading out to enjoy the history and some local Greek culture.
