The listing matches the photos perfectly. The apartment has been tastefully renovated and quality materials. The room distribution allows two couples to have a perfect separation of bedrooms and bathrooms. The location of the apartment is ideal in the building, at the height of the reception, but far enough from it to suffer no disturbance. Besides, the apartment is well soundproofed from its neighbors, we did not hear any noise. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for cooking and the internet connection (fiber) works really well. Finally, Jean-Yves' instructions and words of welcome as well as his great responsiveness were greatly appreciated.

Impeccable and very functional accommodation. The beds are comfortable. Very well-equipped with dishes. The location is ideally located at the foot of the gondola in front of Lake Geneva. Very centrally located and surprisingly spacious apartment. Groceries, shops, bars and restaurants just outside the block. Clever layout and surprisingly spacious. Facilities great. Car parking good access. Ian gave good tips re ski rental, ski areas and restaurants. Would rent again.

Staying at this place was a really pleasant experience. The apartment was super clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with little things that make the stay comfortable. The location is great – in a quiet neighborhood, yet close to the center and all the important amenities. Free parking. Sandrine was very friendly, helpful and easy to reach for any questions. For the welcome, we were given marmalade that Sandrine prepared herself. I would certainly choose this place again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and reliable Airbnb.

Very welcoming host, perfectly equipped and clean apartment. The apartment is conveniently located if you want to enjoy the Riviera, but also if you want to be able to visit Gruyère or part of Valais. I'll come back and I highly recommend it.

We had a pleasant stay at Menthon St Bernard. Very well appointed and optimized, well decorated, as per the photos and description. Ideal location, quiet, close to the lake, and all shops and activities (pedal boat, bike etc.), Annecy is just a few minutes away by car or bike. Friendly and available host. We had a wonderful 8 vacation days in this home with my husband and our dog, and the experience was really great. The stay was very comfortable, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The location is perfect, as it is in a well-connected place and close to places of interest, which made our hikes and walks much easier. Also, the views from the place are simply gorgeous, which made every sunrise and sunset even more special. I would definitely recommend this place to those looking for a comfortable, well located place with breathtaking views to enjoy an unforgettable vacation.

It is a very functional apartment, nicely arranged, convenient, clean and nice. Chantal takes great care of her "vacationers". Of course, we want to come back, and Albertville is well located for visiting this beautiful region! Anyway, and to summarize, everything was PERFECT!

Very nice apartment with a lovely big living room and large windows. Well equipped, clean and tidy. A short walk to the Argentiere lifts, all important boulangerie and restaurants in the village. Justin was very helpful but not over the top. Recommended.
