Holiday rentals with beach access in Évian-les-Bains

Great place with tremendos view on the lake - Harbour, restaurants and swimming area in the lake in walking distance! Shopping Center also in walking distance. Jacky is very responsive and has very well explained all necessary.

The photos of this property doesn’t do justice to its original beauty. It is much more beautiful and the view that you get from balcony is soul refreshing. Free car parking. Although we didn’t used our car at-all as train to Rochers-de-Naye was in 1km walk, bus to Chillon Castle within walkable distance. Or you can walk along the lake side with for an hour to Chillon Castle. On the way you can see some famous people statue too such as Freddie Mercury. Nice place. Super highly recommended!

Excellent stay at Catherine and Marc's. The apartment located on the ground floor of a beautiful house is perfect, impeccably clean, very well equipped and very pleasant to live in. The parking space in the courtyard is a real plus. The lake is in front of the house and access to the city centre is 10 minutes' walk. A huge thank you to Catherine for her warm welcome, kindness and benevolence. We will have wonderful memories of our stay! Our little dog also loved it, thank you again for accepting her. This was by far the most satisfying accommodation during our trip to Switzerland. The apartment is beautifully designed, reflecting the host’s elegant and refined taste throughout. Everything was perfectly arranged and well equipped, which made our stay extremely comfortable. The location was excellent, and the spacious balcony offered a stunning view of the lake. Staying here made the end of our journey truly special.

We had a great time at this place! The space is spacious, clean and very tidy, making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything was available, from cooking utensils to essential amenities, nothing was missing. The host was very responsive and available, responding quickly to our messages, which made the organization smooth and stress-free. For ski lovers, the location is ideal: the proximity to the shuttle makes it much easier to access the slopes. We highly recommend this rental and will be back with pleasure! 😊🎿🏡

We had a great weekend in Morgane's apartment. It is wonderfully well placed to enjoy Yvoire on foot. The view of the harbour is exceptional and the terrace on the castle side is perfect for eating in peace. Parking tip: arrive before 9:30 a.m. or after 6:30 p.m. to get a spot in the ramparts car park for €3/day.

Very nice stay at this very well-equipped house and perfect for a family. Generosity of services ( food, small welcome chocolates, bathroom products). Very quiet neighborhood and nice lake view appreciated. We'll be happy to go back!

Accurate listing. Small but functional, perfect for two people and for a weekend. Clean and well-equipped. The plus: view of the lake from the bedroom corner. The small downsides: very cramped bedroom area and fairly small parking space, requires some maneuvering despite a medium-sized vehicle.

Highly recommend for a charming stay on lake Geneva. Our family had plenty of space and the apartment had everything you would need. Hugo went above when we were in need of a corkscrew and had one of the neighbors drop one off for us to enjoy our wine!

I am very happy to stay here for six nights, Nathalie is very helpful to provide help and facilities/equipments are clean and sufficient. It’s only 1 minute walk from the Leman Lake beach, scenery is great and quiet! 这里很棒！房东非常友善乐于提供所有协助。有一个小院子可以谈事情，距离湖边自己要走1分钟。特别好。

Great location, and parking was a bonus in Evian-les-Bains. Only thing I would have liked would have been a brighter centre light in the bedroom.

Great location with easy walking to restaurants, waterfront, museums, and less than 10 min walk to the train station. We used Nyon as our launching point for day trips to both the north and the south and it was perfect. We also took the ferry (2 minute walk from the unit) to Vyoire. There is a public parking garage 3 min walk from the unit as well. A little expensive but very convenient. We cooked in the kitchen several days. The kitchen is well supplied with pots/pans/etc but plan to bring/buy most cooking staples (like olive oil, seasoning, etc) If there was 1 negative, I would say, since there is a bar nearby, 1 night during a football match the bar patrons were very loud and we could even hear them in the unit. Not terrible but noticeable. Also, the toilet paper issue reviewed by a previous tenant and been completely addressed as the closet probably had 20 rolls stored in it! Would stay here again.
