I had a wonderful experience during my stay! The home was well-equipped, featuring a helpful book with recommendations for local attractions and additional amenities that enhanced our visit. Mark was quick to respond to our inquiries and ensured that we had everything we needed before we even realized we needed it. I highly recommend this place!

Two couples stayed here for a week and we've no complaints about the place. It was as advertised and whilst missing some personal touches to make it more homely, had everything we needed for one week in Boston. You're 10 minutes from Beachmont station on the Greenline which gets you into the city centre in about 20 minutes. Big supermarket 10 minutes walk away which is perfect for stocking the flat up. If I were to come back to Boston, I'd try and book this flat again.

Great apartment in a great location, very close to Kendall Square. The place is beautiful and if you go see family at MIT it is a great choice. Regina was very nice and responsive, there was a minor issue with the sofa bed but Regina was really helpful and responsive, I really appreciated it. I would definitely recommend it.

Amazing location with several great places to eat and shop in walking distance. Used for Harvard graduation with my wife and I and adult children. Parking - one space on street right out front with included parking pass provided. We had no issues, but local parking enforcers are strict. I saw him pacing off the 10 feet to the fire 🔥 hydrant. And they do check often. Host is VERY helpful and responsive. House had everything needed for our wonderful stay, pack n play, washer & dryer. Very clean & quiet.

I felt right at home at Alex and Kevin's home, very clean and comfortable. the extra storage space helped as I had some luggage with me. Definitely one of the best Airbnb I've stayed in. Loved to meet the cute dog too, such a sweetheart, very quiet and respectful. Some extra details for other travellers; entrance on Canal Street is the closest to the apartment, located in a very nice shopping area with many restaurants options as well as orange line being a few steps away. It's an apartment complex so sometimes you do hear people slamming doors shut or upstairs neighbors walking but didn't disturb us.

This spot is lovely. It is an apartment inside of a really nice apartment building. Check-in is facilitated by a lockbox where you get your key fob, which gives you access to the building and the apartment itself. Some of the communication felt a bit weird (we were asked not to wait in the lobby until check-in time to maintain a "homey feel," which is bizarre because I would think that hanging out in the lobby PROMOTES a "homey feel." The kitchen is well stocked with equipment (plates, cutlery, toaster, coffee maker, etc) but nothing to cook with (spices, salt, pepper, oil). Parking is included and there are (paid) electric chargers in the parking garage, which is really great if you have an electric car. The price is definitely on the expensive side.

Awesome location in Assembly Square that was in walking distances to restaurants, shops, and the orange line. The apartment was very spacious with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, and a large kitchen/living room area in the middle. The host provided complimentary water bottles which I thought was very generous :) 10/10 would stay here again!

Probably the nicest host I’ve ever met! Airbnb was smooth to get in and out and it was really close to where I needed to be for the conference I was attending! If I ever come back to Boston I would definitely try and come back here!

I would highly recommend this stay to anyone wanting to visit boston. Its central to everything, if you need recommendations they reply quickly. The place looked just like the photos, very clean & spacious. 10/10 stay would definitely stay again.

The apartment was just as described. Very clean, next to the train station, very well furnished. The hosts were very helpful and responded promptly. It is the second time I rent in this building with Johna as a host, two different apartments, both great. I definitely recommend this property.

Perfect place for a 2 week stay. Property is clean and close to Public transport. Have lots of restaurants and close to grocery. Jason is also very responsive with inquiries.

“Expansive” is the word that describes Ala’s home, from the family room, dining room and kitchen, which are large enough to prepare a meal and entertain 20 people with ease. There are 2 master suites, the upper one with 2 balconies. It was a challenge to adequately enjoy the lower level attractions: pool table, gym, kitchen treats or tv lounge. Finally, we had breakfast on the side patio and evening cocktails on the front patio, both with views of the extensive grounds. The only downside, it was a struggle to leave the house for Boston sight-seeing and visiting with relatives. Sent from my iPhone

Great property! Everything looks just as advertised and was extremely clean and welcoming. The location was also great - 5 min walk to the train station and very easy to get around. Fully exceeded all of our expectations!

Roger is a very attentive host. He gave us lots of recommendations for restaurants and was easy to contact with lightening fast response time! The house was centrally located to where we had to be and the property was right on the pond and a lovely location. The beds were super comfy and the air conditioners worked great to take away the humidity. Most importantly, the house was uncluttered and very clean. The yard was completely fenced in for our dog and there was even a privacy screen on the deck at the front of the house. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of pantry items available to use. The property was a 30 minute drive into Boston. I would definitely recommend staying here!

This was the PERFECT place for my family’s girls trip to Salem. It was only a 12 minute drive into town. The house is breathtaking!!! The pictures do not do it any justice. Everything is spotless and very welcoming. The private beach is a 3 minute walk up the road. The neighborhood is very peaceful and the neighbors were also very friendly. Tracy was an amazing host!!! 10/10 recommendation.

Anne made you feel like home. She is pending for your necessities and always reachable if you contact her. All the facilities in the apartment are well tunning, clean and properly located to maximize the space available and guest flow. I absolutely recommended her to make your stay at Waltham (in Boston Metropolitan Area) enjoyable and to receive the best service on an Airbnb location for your money.

We loved Shahla''s placed. The space was clean and very well kept. The location was in a prime location to restaurants. Shahla was very hospitable in every way. Everything was well stocked and available for quests. We would stay in Shahla's place again.

This is a beautiful home! It had everything we needed and then some. Beautiful view from most of the home. Master bedroom view and large balcony off of the kids bedrooms to see out as well. I hate using a small at home gym set up but this actually provided a decent workout. No large weights though. My kids thoroughly enjoyed themselves both of my older kids left their own raving reviews on our checkout sheet. We enjoyed the beach, doordashed lots of food, cooked in the kitchen, watched movies in the basement, enjoyed mocktails on the patio, I will forever miss that kitchen ! Definitely a wonderful stay!

The house was perfect. More space than needed for one person. The kitchen was beautifully updated. The mater bathroom looked like it was newly updated. Lots of space, double sinks. The shower had built in places for shampoos and body wash. The mattress in the master bedroom was amazing. The best nights sleep I have had in a long time. Private street was so quiet you could sleep like a log. Jeff checked in to make sure I got in ok and that everything was to my liking. Four Season service and comfort.
