Perfect for relaxing in this calm, stylish space. With its private entrance and own rear patio area. Stylish pull down bed with quality mattress, enables space when needed. Attached to our main home, at the end of a quiet lane with a beautiful river at the bottom. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner along with cleaning products and toilet roll included. Toaster, kettle, microwave and mini fridge along with kitchen essentials ie, plates, bowls cutlery etc. On road parking. Own WiFi for studio

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

Watch steam trains chug through the village on the heritage East Lancashire Railway - a nostalgic treat for all ages. After browsing Ramsbottom’s quirky shops, wine bars, pubs, and cafés, head back to your cosy cottage, pour a glass of wine, and relax into Lancashire’s peaceful, timeless charm

The Annex - relax in quiet, charming setting.

The annex, detached from the main house, is set within a beautiful landscaped garden. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a Smart TV (you will have access to Sky, Netflix, Apple+, Paramount) the bathroom has a walk-in shower. The separate living area has a dining table, sofa and small fridge. Tea and coffee making facilities, cutlery and crockery (for takeaways etc.) are provided. Parking is at the front or side of the house. There is access to strong WiFI . Pets are welcome.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

The refurbished apartment is fully furnished with everything you may need for a relaxing stay. A generous sized lounge, fully fitted kitchen, king size/twin bedroom with remodelled en-suite bathroom, and a private courtyard garden area with patio. The apartment benefits from a shared car park with two spaces and is easily accessed from the main road.

Set in a beautiful countryside location but within easy reach of the M6, M61 and M65. Local villages include Croston and Eccleston, perfect location to enjoy boutique shops and excellent home made food in the local pubs and restaurants. We politely request no additional visitors, just those staying. Strictly no smoking

Nestled in the heart of Wheelton village, Corner cottage is a cosy retreat ideal for visitors to this beautiful part of rural Lancashire. There are an abundance of pubs and eateries within easy walking distance of the cottage and you will love the local walks either on the canal towpaths, West Pennine moors or local woodlands. The village has a quaint and peaceful charm about it that you will also feel when you step inside the cottage.
