The 4-person cottage (85 m2) is located on the property, on a landscaped and enclosed garden of almost 2 hectares. Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

This atypical house from the 1500s, we wanted it, transformed it, but while keeping its authenticity with its half-timbered facade, the red tiles in the staircase, the ceiling height on the top floor… But we also thought it out and created it so that you would like it too. In a pretty valley, in the countryside, the charming town of Pont-Audemer is 4 km away. Our large 60 m2 attic studio is comfortable and well arranged with a large living room, an open kitchen, a shower room and separate toilet, an entrance. Bathed in light with 4 skylights, 2 windows, the patio door opens onto a large balcony. Guests can park their vehicle safely in a paved parking lot closed by an electric gate. A garden is at your disposal.

NO PARTIES OR BIRTHDAYS Single-family home with equipped kitchen, 2 independent bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine. The house is on our property and has access to a covered pool shared with us. The pool is not heated and therefore not accessible in winter (October to May). We are ideally located between Paris and Rouen and less than a quarter of an hour from Giverny. A great base for exploring Paris and Normandy. English spoken fluently.

La Maison de Fessanvilliers is at the crossroads of Beauce, Perche and Normandy. This is an old barn rehabilitated into a lovely holiday home with all comforts. It welcomes families and friends year-round. The living room has an authentic wood stove and opens onto a large private wooded garden, with barbecue, garden furniture, ping pong and bikes available.
