Après 2 années intenses de travaux, nous y sommes enfin arrivés. Nous avons créé ce cocon d’amour pour vous, pour pouvoir vous ressourcer en couple, ou vous amuser en famille. Cette maison atypique des années 1500, on l’a désirée, transformée, mais tout en gardant son authenticité avec sa façade à colombage, les tomettes rouges dans l’escalier, la hauteur sous plafond au dernier étage … Mais on l’a aussi pensée et créée pour qu’elle vous plaise également. Egalement un Golf 18 trous à 10min en voiture. Mélange équilibré entre tradition et modernité, c'est un environnement idéal pour des séjours entre amis, familles, ou collègues.

Access is via an external staircase leading to a terrace overlooking the private garden with views of St Denis Church. The apartment has on the 1st floor a spacious living room with a dining area adjoining the open plan kitchen, a living room equipped with a wood stove, a shower room & separate toilet. An interior staircase leads to 2 adjoining bedrooms upstairs.

NO PARTIES OR BIRTHDAYS Single-family home with equipped kitchen, 2 independent bedrooms, 1 of which is on the mezzanine. The house is on our property and has access to a covered pool shared with us. The pool is not heated and therefore not accessible in winter (October to May). We are ideally located between Paris and Rouen and less than a quarter of an hour from Giverny. A great base for exploring Paris and Normandy. English spoken fluently.
