Independent, duplex gîte (40 m²), completely renovated and air-conditioned in the center of Nogent-Le-Roi, in the heart of the Eure Royal Valley. Access to many nearby historical and natural sites. Upstairs, a large bedroom with king size bed (possible to divide into 2 single beds) and 2 single beds. Baby bed available. On the ground floor, lounge area with sofa bed for 2, living area with equipped kitchen, washing machine. Easy parking in front. Quiet. Great for families.

Located in the center of the pretty village of Vaudreuil, quiet, in a gated property with a green garden, our "little house" can accommodate one to two people independently. Close to Vaudreuil Golf Course, A13 highway and Pharmaparc, Pharmalog, Janssen and Sanofi Pasteur, we are also 1 hour 15 minutes from Paris by train or by car via the highway. This is a starting point for visiting the loops of the Seine, Giverny or discovering the climbing cliffs of Connelles.

Gite Rosima, Welcome to Normandy!

The Rosima gîte is a fully renovated 25 m² studio. Located in a small hamlet of about a hundred inhabitants, it is independent and relaxing. A single room accommodates a fully equipped kitchenette (oven, microwave, electric stove, fridge, sink, range hood), coffee machine, cupboard and dining area. The sleeping area consists of 2 single beds that can be pushed together if necessary and a coffee table. The studio includes a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

This 35 m² guest house immerses you in the middle of the forest with all modern comforts. We offer a large 160 x 200 cm bed with a quality mattress. A full kitchen and a private terrace in the forest. At the edge, you have a hanging deck chair and a picnic table in the forest. Fiber internet connection: TV, Wi-Fi 6 and ethernet at more than 800 Mbps. At the tap, pure water: filtered to 0.5 microns and revitalized by the Grander process.

Family home, on the ground floor of our house, quiet in the countryside, less than an hour from Paris, ideal for a couple or family (3 adults + 2 children MAXIMUM). Outdoor swimming pool (May to September), spa bath (9 am - 9 pm). Close to Giverny and Claude Monet's gardens, Thoiry Zoo and Villarceaux Golf Course. Everything is provided: sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo.

This Cottage with its atypical charm - entirely designed and created by me - is nestled in the heart of our property in a small village in Vexin Normand. 1 hour from Paris, 50 minutes from Rouen, 25 minutes from Lyons-La-Forêt, 20 minutes from Vernon-Giverny, 10 minutes from Château-Gaillard-Les Andelys, 2 minutes from Domaine de la Croix Sauvalle and Grange du Bourgoult.

Nous nous situons à environ 50 mn de Paris ( l'A13 est à 5mn en voiture) 1h15 des côtes Normandes et à 30 minutes de la maison de Claude Monet à Giverny.
