You will love our place because of the tranquility, the magnificent surroundings, the Wallersee, the Seeburg, the many hiking and biking trails and the modern ambiance. You'll feel that when building, you'll be very attentive to healthy building materials. A good feeling is important. Our place is great for (love)couples, singles and business travelers.

A private sunny roof terrace with 2 sun loungers and a dining table for 4 people! Bathroom with shower, freestanding bathtub, large kitchen island fully equipped, 2.40 m king size bed and a pull-out 1.80 m sofa bed are located in the open living room! The toilet and storage room are separate rooms!

The area is very rural, the apartment is located in the attic (2nd floor), quiet, undisturbed. Surrounded by farms and lots of forest, you can relax well near Salzburg and still be immediately in the center of the action by car. Supermarkets are very quickly accessible, Lake Wallersee is within sight. Ideal as a starting point for swimming and hiking and exploring Salzburg. The Salzkammergut, Hallstatt and Königssee are also within easy reach. Also easy to do with public transport.
