This centrally located place has easy access to services and various hobbies. The location of the apartment is quiet, it is part of the old wooden house district with parks and playgrounds. The apartment is also a good fit for families with children. There are plenty of free parking spaces and long-distance and local transport stops near the apartment. There is a shop, grocery store and restaurant services nearby. You can easily find your way to the city center, the national city park and the medieval castle of Häme.

This delightfully atmospheric, over a hundred-year-old small cottage invites you to stop in a peaceful milieu by nature and indulge in the presence alone or together.The ❤️ cottage comfortably accommodates 3-4, but in the summer time, the cottage's attic also has sleeping arrangements for three. The place is in the middle of nowhere, but within a humanly reachable distance of several attractions and services. The nearest shops are about 15 minutes' drive and public transport (train) is about 5 km from the property.

Nice, sauna-like townhouse apartment in a quiet area about 5km from the city center. There is 1 parking space in the yard and a bus stop nearby. There is a view of the city's public sandy beach from the backyard. Approximately 100 steps through the forest, 0.5 km along the road. One bicycle is available for use during the visit. I hope that guests will follow the rules of the housing association and live in my home with respect. One of the rooms in the apartment is locked and not available to guests.

Located close to nature, the end of the townhouse is about 5km from the center of Hämeenlinna. Private backyard/patio and sauna. The charcoal and outdoor area leaves about 300m away, to the beach 700m, to the motorway approx. 2km. Big shopping centers about 1km away. Bicycle and childcare items are used separately upon request. In the apartment, the kitchen is basic (stove,microwave, coffee maker, dishes, cooking utensils). No dishwasher. A washing machine is available for stays longer than 3 nights.

A sauna building completed in 2018 in an idyllic rural landscape in Asikkala. Come and spend the evening with your friends, or enjoy the peace of the countryside for a weekend or even longer! Outdoor terrain right in the backyard and a short distance to the ski slope in winter. In the wooden sauna, you can enjoy the warm steam and the fire burning in the fireplace in the living room. The sauna cabin is also pet-friendly and there is a large fenced area in the yard, so your pet can be safely outside.

Valoisa, modernisoitu kaksio keskustan tuntumassa. Rauhallinen talo. Keittiössä kaikki tarpeelliset kodinkoneet, ja kylpyhuoneessa pesukone sekä kuivausrumpu. Makuuhuoneessa parisänky, olohuoneessa vuodesohva ja vuodetuoli. Lyhyt kävelymatka ydinkeskustaan. Upeat ulkoilupolut lähellä, samoin hyvät bussiyhteydet mm. rautatieasemalle. Onnibussin pysäkki lähellä, esim. Tampereelle ja Helsinkiin pääsee kätevästi. Vastaan kyselyihin mielelläni! Asunto on ehdottomasti savuton. Lämpimästi Tervetuloa!

The House with a Spa

Paritalon toinen puolikas, isäntäväki asuu toisella puolella. Pari makuuhuonetta, isot oleskelutilat, keittiö ja saunaosasto. Käytössä myös terassi ja aidattu takapiha. Rauhallinen omakotitaloalue. Juhlia ei ole sallittu! Olemme järven lähellä, mutta rantaan ei ole pääsyä. Lähimmät uimarannat ovat Idänpään tai Matkolammin uimaranta, jotka molemmat sijaitsevat noin 1,5 km päässä. Hämeenlinnan keskusta on vain reilun kolmen kilometrin päässä, ja lähimmälle golfkentällekin on vain reilu kilometri.

Sairio: really close. For us, you walk from the train station, and from us you walk for a swim. You can get to us by bus, and your own car. Our house is from v 1929, but the apartment has been renovated in 2018. The room has beds for 2 adults and 1 child. There's a spare mattress if you need it. In a small kitchen, you'll enjoy morning coffee and evening snacks. Your own spacious bathroom. The lush yard offers space for a stay. In the summer, there is a terrace with food groups and hammocks.

Our small (37 m2) but comfortable cottage includes small kitchen with all amenities included, big traditional finnish sauna, bathroom and tiny toilet. A/C (movable device, on request) makes your stay pleasant also in summer and the cottage is heated year around. For sleeping there is one queen bed (160 cm). Baby bed and one mattress 80x200cm available if needed. For safety reasons the hosts will warm up the sauna for you (house rules).
