Holiday rentals with beach access in Étables-sur-Mer

Binic is our 2nd home. The apartment is great, the view of the sea is a dream, a great infrastructure in the village, everything within walking distance and Sylvain (along with his wife) is a great guy (also applies to the wife).

Very nice accommodation. Well equipped. Beautiful spaces with nice decoration. The apartment is very well located close to the beaches and amenities. You can get everywhere on foot. Fabrice is a very welcoming host. Unbeatable value for money! Address to keep.

Magali is an excellent host. The accommodation is impeccable and the location is excellent! We recommend it without hesitating!

Very well-located accommodation. An intelligent layout that gives an impression of space despite the small area. The studio is very well equipped, in my opinion nothing is missing. Sleeping of very good quality. Only thing, if you like to sleep in total darkness plan a night mask.

Very nice and very well-equipped accommodation, close to a restaurant just downstairs from the accommodation. I recommend it.

4-day stay but if we could have we would have stayed longer. Beautiful sea view. Spacious and well-equipped apartment. Comfortable beds. We enjoyed the large sofa and the large TV. Kevin is accommodating and very receptive. We will surely return.

Excellent stay in Saint Quay Portrieux. The accommodation is very functional and the bed area is separated from the living space. Impeccable sanitary facilities, perfect dishes and equipment for 2. We enjoyed being able to cook with gas. A good little creperie at the foot of the building and a nice beach (more so at low tide) 5 minutes' walk. And all the necessary information and much more on the studio's desk area. Thanks Jessy.

Great welcome, great house with a nice garden, great location, the port and beaches 5/10 minutes' walk away. Very good location for a couple or a person. Remember for future getaways to Binic.

We were greeted in a very friendly way by Hugues' father. The house is very well located, restaurants, shops and beaches within walking distance. Very comfortable accommodation with a very nice garden with trees.

Very nice cottage, tastefully decorated and functional. The region is beautiful and it is very well located to discover Saint Quay and its surroundings (there are very beautiful walks to do including the cliff trail in Plouha, the GR near Hillion..) We had a real crush on this corner of Brittany and will happily come back because in 4 days it was just right!

Thank you to Hélène who was very kind and available! Even if the house deserves a little youth, it is still very pleasant and comfortable. In fact, we plan to rent it again very soon.

Carole’s place was a fabulous old house, beautifully renovated and decorated as seen in the photos. Lots of steps over the 3 floors in the house but the living space is very comfortable and well equipped for a stay in a home away from home. Carole was always very responsive and so friendly, welcoming and helpful. The large garden was well maintained with lots of areas for dinning and relaxing. Plenty of room for parking also but with tight access a small car is recommended. Great location close to the beautiful port , town and small beach of St Quay, Portrieux and easy access driving to lots of other beaches and towns in the area. Would be very happy to stay here again 😁

Very nice little stone cottage with a small garden. Modern and friendly furnishings, we felt right at home. The location is perfect for excursions to the surrounding area and the beaches within walking distance. All around it is beautifully green, which we liked very much with the dog. Morgan and Mathias were always available and very friendly.

The house is perfectly in order and fully equipped with everything you need! Everything was very clean. Advantages: - garden with garden furniture - fully equipped kitchen - cozy - easy to darken with shutters - parking space - spacious Downsides: - the bed was a little too narrow for us (140cm)

We had a great time at Jerome's place. The house is very nice, nicely decorated and equipped. We enjoyed the quality of the bedding and linens. Close to shops and within walking distance of beautiful walks, we took full advantage of its location. We highly recommend Jerome's house. Thank you Francoise for hosting us.

Stay in a nice apartment, well equipped, with a beautiful sea view. Drinks available in the fridge upon arrival. Thank you for your attention. Private parking space appreciated. Several tourist destinations less than 1 hour from the apartment recommended by Hervé and Sylvie. Small bonus: very good creperie at the bottom of the residence.

We had a wonderful stay in Pascale's studio, a charming cocoon, quiet, very well equipped, and what can I say about the sunny terrace, and its magnificent sea view!!!

We had a great time. The apartment is very well-equipped. We found everything we needed. For example, baking paper for the oven, etc. The bedding is extremely good. The apartment is really spacious and the view is beautiful! Pléneuf and the beach are within walking distance. We recommend it +++

The accommodation is very cozy, very well located with all the necessary amenities, it is very functional. The two bikes are a real plus. We were able to do the coast in one day and the GR the next day because the trail is right in front. Thank you very much, we will be happy to come back.

The apartment is impeccably clean a few steps from the beach with fine sand ideal for children. It is well located in front of the sea. The owner was kind enough to greet us on arrival and is available for any questions. We recommend it.

We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!
