It's an ideal base from which to explore Cornwall (only five miles away), Dartmoor, and the wider south Devon area. Sorry, no group or party bookings. One-night bookings are available on request, subject to a 50% premium. There's no self-check-in facility, as we like to welcome our guests face-to-face.

Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.

It is in the north of Plymouth in a quiet residential area very close to the hospital, the moors and local shops. Ideal for 2 adults, but a dog or small child can be accommodated. The garden is accessible on request. With 42" TV , fast wi-fi, well appointed kitchen and comfortable seating it will make you feel like you're in a home from home. Enter through your own front door.

It is a sustainable residence, heated by Air Source Heat Pump and mainly powered by Solar panels and batteries.
