There is also an electric sauna and terrace that opens up to a meadow that is being naturally rewilded into a forest. Lots of natural light, AC, heated floors, a fully equipped kitchen, sauna and 4G wi-fi will provide a comfortable and relaxing stay in all seasons. It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.

The house includes a sauna, hot tub, a shower with heated floors, WC, an open living room and sleeping area in the “attic”. The house is equipped with WiFi, TV with Netflix access, coffee machine etc. Heating/cooling is provided by an integrated air conditioner. The house can be enjoyed all year round.

Another sauna cabin (Riverside Retreat) is within 40 m from this house so theres a chance that there are max 2 people at the other house same time.
