We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was just as described! The kids loved the pool and being able to fish off the dock. Gina was responsive and helpful during our stay. Looking forward to visits in the future!

Second time visiting Hang house!!!! Everything was spark clean and organize. The family had a great time in the pool and the weather was not an issue since the pool heater was working perfectly fine. Very quiet neighborhood and private backyard. We loved Hang’a house and we’re planing on coming back for sure!!!

We could not have asked for a better host with Heather. She was kind, accommodating and her home was clean, beautiful and exactly as described in the ad. My kids had a great time playing in the pool all weekend and loved the master bedroom being on the second floor as well as the loft area. Everything I needed to cook dinner a couple of nights, I found in the kitchen which was super convenient. We had several different beaches to choose from to visit that were close by and the traffic wasn’t bad in the area which was a nice surprise. It really felt like a home away from home. I definitely plan on visiting Cape Coral again next year and Heather’s place will be at the top of my list of accommodations!

The central location made it prefect to visit our relatives in Punta Gorda and travel between Marco Island, Naples, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Englewood, and Venice. I highly recommend guests check out the beaches of Siesta Key (our favorite) and Marco Island. We absolutely loved the heated pool and hot tub with those views of the canal and those gorgeous sunsets going over the edge of the infinity pool! The home was equipped with everything you needed from a well-stocked kitchen and including chairs and umbrellas for those relaxing days at the beach. Great place, but if you have children be aware there isn't a baby lock for the doors to the pool, which there are 3 of them.

Wonderful hostess and property! Exceptionally clean and stocked with everything you need! Very quiet location and nice proximity to the beaches. I was so thankful for the hospitality during our stay!

Absolutely incredible stay. Beautiful home with every amenity needed. Very kid-friendly with many games, activities and pool toys. Was fun to see huge iguanas by the canal. We enjoyed cooking outside by the pool and watching the sunsets over the canal. Loved the home so much we didn't want to leave! Perfect family getaway and close to Sanibel and Fort Myers beaches. Would love to return.

We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! This is a great location, especially for boaters. The pool was great. The sunrise views and watching the boats come and go were incredible. You’re walking distance from the beach and some great restaurants (i.e. Temptations, Scarpa’s, The Outlet, Pink Elephant, etc.). The pool was great, especially for entertaining the kids. The house was incredible and the host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend renting a golf cart from Kappy’s (host recommendation) to putz around town and explore the area.

This was one of our favorite houses we have stayed at on vacation. The house was amazing, and the pool, hot tub and patio were perfect. The house facing west provided beautiful sunsets! The house is close to shopping, restaurants, beaches, everything you want on vacation. I would highly recommend staying here as we will be staying there again!

Was perfect for our group. We were visiting for a business meeting and a large house with four bedrooms (all with ensuites) meant we could extend our meeting discussions to morning and evening. Plenty of space to not get in each others way.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for everyone to relax and do whatever they wanted. Plenty of room for everyone to sit and eat together for meals, which is a big deal for our family. The house had everything we needed! The host was quick and very responsive if we had any questions. Would totally come back to stay at this house again!

We decided to book a last minute family trip to FL. My wife found the Villa Nautica and absolutely loved what she saw from the photos. As soon as we arrived the outside and inside of the house was absolutely beautiful! Photos don’t do it justice! House was super clean and had every amenity a family could need. We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to another family vacation to the Villa Nautica! Would definitely recommend this house.

Had a great vacation with my family, 6 adults and three children under the age of 3 and the house could accommodate all of us. There were a few issues but they were dealt with very quickly. The location is great, very close to all shopping and restaurants. The pool and hot tub were used so much along with the outdoor furniture. I would recommend this property to others. 👍

Beautiful home and very convenient to the Cape Carol area and east access to Ft. Myers area as well. Andreas home is a very nice, plenty of space for a large group and well appointed. We used the heated pool and the spa and it’s very easy to manage the heating of both. We had the good fortune to get a visit by manatees off the dock in the back which was a special treat. Great communication by both Andreas and Anya, very responsive. Thank you!

Wow! Our second stay at Annalena's place was just as amazing as the first! It truly feels like our home away from home. The home shines with cleanliness and brightness. The surroundings are simply stunning! Whether we were enjoying morning coffee on the dock or watching gorgeous sunsets at night, the beauty of the property never failed to impress. A refreshing dip on a hot day or a relaxing float under the sun, the pool added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. We're already planning our next visit because we just can't get enough! His attentiveness and communication made our stay even more enjoyable.

We stayed at this amazing vacation home that exceeded all of our expectations! The place was fully stocked with everything we needed, making our stay incredibly comfortable. The highlight was definitely the beautiful heated pool, and hot tub perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. Dock for fishing and setting. Plus, we were just a short drive from some of the best restaurants in the area, allowing us to indulge in delicious meals. We had the best time at Daniel’s place! The house was absolutely spotless and looked just like the photos. Check in/check out was easy, and there was plenty of restaurants nearby for us to enjoy. The pool area was absolutely beautiful and if we come back to the area we would definitely want to stay here again!

The place was spotless as usual. This is our second time staying and it doesn’t disappoint at all. Wonderful house and all of its amenities as well as its location. Kathy is a wonderful host. She is always quick to respond if we had any questions.
