Fam-friendly duplex w parking ~ steps to train!

LisaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Very spacious rental in a quiet neighborhood in Brooklyn. My family of 5 stayed for 4 nights and were very comfortable here. The kitchen had everything we needed & was modern and clean. There's even an extra beverage refrigerator if you need one. There are some extras that either the owner or previous guests have left such as syrup, PB, salt & pepper, vanilla and a few others that I can't recall. The bathrooms are all remodeled and lovely. Water pressure in one was great, one was not, even when the other one was not in use. Two of the beds were comfy, one was just ok. Linens were fine. If you need wash cloths, bring your own & if you like a towel for your hair, bring an extra. The downstairs is a bit cooler than upstairs so I'd recommend bringing slippers. They have throw blankets which were very nice to have. Nice TV & comfy couch. It rained most of our trip so we could not enjoy the patio. We drove so having a dedicated parking spot was clutch! Overall, I would recommend this rental

Artful 2BR Duplex + Backyard in Historic Bed-Stuy

HeinzRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
A beautiful, spacious apartment in which we felt very comfortable. Everything is very well maintained, there are beautiful pictures on the wall. Greene Avenue is not very busy, it is quiet at night. The subway station on Myrtle Avenue is about 10 minutes away, from there you can quickly reach Manhattan or Williamsburg.

Stylish Townhouse with outdoor patio and backyard

EvaRating, 5 stars4 months ago
Richard is a fantastic host. We loved his house it was beautiful and exquisitely designed. The house is homely and tastefully decorated. It had a well equipped kitchen for my kids allergies. The heating was excellent as we had a very cold spell. My kids even enjoyed the piano that was there. The house is located close to subway. It feels very residential. Unfortunately due to unexpected events we only stayed 3/7 days but it was still a beautiful house to stay in. I would highly recommend Richard. He was helpful and responsive all the time.

Classic Brownstone Private Suite

TylerRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had a great time staying in Bed-Stuy in Elizabeth's brownstone. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, was easy to find street parking, and the interior was beautiful. Great coffee shop near by and walkable to many bars, stores, and transit. Elizabeth was very responsive when we had questions. The beds were very comfy too. Thanks for having us for the week!

Home in a Park Slope Brownstone. Patio

MaciekRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We stayed at Antonella's apartment for 9 nights with friends, and it was a delightful experience. The apartment is newly renovated, so everything feels fresh and modern. With two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms, it's an ideal setup for two couples (2+2 adults). Park Slope, Brooklyn is a peaceful neighborhood, full of charming brownstone houses and tree-lined streets that create a very pleasant atmosphere. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast at Bagel Pub and grabbing coffee at Nerd Be Cool—both just a block away. Access to multiple subway lines is within a 5–7 minute walk, making trips into Manhattan convenient. There’s also a CitiBike station just 100 meters away, which made it super easy to explore Brooklyn by bike. Antonella was incredibly responsive and helpful any time we had a question, and her communication was always quick and clear. We highly recommend this apartment—it fully deserves its 5-star rating.

Everything was excellent! Monica is an awesome host. I had set the wrong dates during my reservation and then she was very helpful in finding solutions for me. She always responded to my questions in a timely and friendly manner. The property is cozy and clean and is located in a great and quiet neighborhood, a few minutes from the PATH station. I would stay in this property again.

Spacious 3-Bed Brownstone, near Columbia Uni

RebeccaRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Great stay! The apartment at 366 W 118th was easy to find, clean, and located in a quieter part of the city—just steps from Morningside Park and a short walk to Columbia University. We didn’t have a car but noticed street parking nearby. It felt safe, with easy access to the B/C and 1 subway lines. We loved exploring the neighborhood—Bo’s Bagels, Levain Bakery, and Row House were fantastic local spots. CTown Supermarkets had everything we needed. Would stay again!

Brownstone living in the heart of Park Slope

StephanieRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Close to our trip day we received a very detailed message which included check-in process, clear entry instructions, walkable subway lines, neighborhood restaurants etc. We arrived and found parking right across the street which was a delightful surprise. Apartment was perfect - super clean, great size for this family of 4 (basement media room with pullouts was perfect for our teen girls!). Easy commute to the city by nearby subway and lots of walkable places to eat, have a drink or shop. John was very responsive and we will definitely be back!

The location being right across the street from the park and the convenience of having restaurants and other amenities within easy walking distance was fantastic. We were impressed by the stylish decor, the high-end quality finishes, and the meticulous attention to detail for your convenience and enjoyment. We highly recommend this Airbnb and would definitely stay here again.

Private Apartment w/ Patio

Was looking for a charming and peaceful stay and Silvio’s place was perfect! It’s right off the main Street so it’s super walkable and quaint, but also peaceful and there was no traffic or pedestrian noise. The place looked exactly like the pictured and it was very clean and had all the amenities. The back patio was so fun to hang out on and it was nice to have a full kitchen when we wanted to cook in. Silvio was super responsive and gave great recommendations! Would come stay here again if in Brooklyn!

Cozy Home to stay in NY. Parking and near to Ferry

DavidRating, 5 stars6 days ago
We needed a spot for our family of four on SI to attend a close family members wake & funeral. We were so glad to have found John’s home. It was super clean and perfect for our family. After driving 7 hours from New Hampshire John’s place is only minutes from crossing the Verrazano bridge. The neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Everything was as described. We were only staying for three nights but if staying longer we would have liked more towels since there is no washer/dryer on site. Loved having some snacks and water bottles already there when we arrived. And a dedicated parking spot for one vehicle was a huge plus on an island known for tough parking. We are already figuring out when we can plan to come back so that we can use this as a base for exploring Manhattan now that our kids are a bit older.
