Zirben Chalet near Landshut

The Zirben Chalet is located south of Landshut in the municipality of Kumhausen (8 minutes to the old town of Landshut, city bus connection available) surrounded by forest, field and meadows. Enjoy the tranquility in the chalet made of original Austrian highland pine. You can use the natural pool, children's rope swing, trampoline and play castle at your own risk. For a fee, an 11 KW wallbox, electric bicycles or cargo bike for 1 adult plus max. 3 children up to 8 years old or 2 children up to 12 years old can be used.

Zum Flughafen MUC sind es 40 Minuten mit dem PKW.

The approximately 50 square meters large, bright and spacious apartment is located absolutely close to the old town in the attic of our house from the 18th century. The apartment was recently renovated and fully equipped with high-quality joiner furniture. The beautiful Landshut Old Town can be reached on foot in just two minutes. The way to the center leads through the beautiful city park along the Isar or simply over the Isar Bridge.

The apartment has its own entrance. The staircase leads to the basement with an anteroom and cloakroom. In the first room there is the kitchen-living room with sofa and table, kitchenette and TV. An open passage leads to the bedroom with a wardrobe, a 1.40 cm wide bed and a desk. Next to it is the sliding door to the shower with toilet.
