Liliana was absolutely lovely. You can clearly see that she loves being a host. We arrived after midnight but she welcomed us personally. She also prepared a great light dinner - highly recommend it, everything was delicious. The place was great for our group of 6, we had everything we needed to feel like at home. The surroundings are beautiful, the house is located near the beach, you can actually hear the ocean if you open the windows. A holiday that we will definitely remember & we really have to thank Liliana for it. She made sure we have everything we need, was always super responsive and even took the time to come say goodbye when we left. We highly recommend this accommodation and Liliana as a host, you will feel like you just arrived at a friend's place. Thank you for eberything, Liliana, we will definitely be back!

Rui was very responsive and helpful from the moment we checked in. He even got us a wonderful dinner reservation in Porto. The place was perfect for our family and the location was just what we wanted: tastefully decorated, close to the beach and close to Porto. Would highly recommend staying at Rui’s spot!

we had a pleasant stay in this beautiful house in the city of Porto. we did all the walking tours. the owner and her friend welcomed us very much. and I love the little touches of port wine, cupcakes and sachets of soap...everything was spotless

We recently enjoyed a delightful week-long stay with our family at this enchanting house in the heart of Vila da Conde. The property's romantic outdoor architecture immediately sets it apart from the surrounding homes, creating a truly charming atmosphere. As a group of adults with children, we found the house to be perfectly suited to our needs. Located next to a small city park with a playground and cafés, the house offers easy access to local amenities. Historical sites and museums are within a short walking distance, making it a convenient base for exploring the area. The spacious interior, including three bathrooms, was a major plus, and the outdoor pool, seating area, and grill provided ample opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. We had a great time in this house! The location is really ideal: located in a quiet area but close to all amenities, with easy access to transportation (uber) restaurants and shops. It was perfect for exploring the local area. The house was spotless when we arrived, impeccably clean. Everything is well maintained, tidy and tastefully decorated, which makes the place very pleasant to live in. We immediately feel at home there. We felt very comfortable with Daniel. Daniel is an excellent and very friendly host, he was always easy to reach and gave us valuable tips via Whats-App or answered our questions. The short walk to the beach (about 5 minutes) is a big advantage in itself. It is also only a 6-minute walk to the train station. This makes it very easy and environmentally friendly to get to Porto. The train ride to the centre (Sao Bento train station) takes about 30 minutes and is very cheap. There were maps of Porto in the villa. The villa is beautifully decorated and very clean. The rooms are all upstairs above the garage, plus the pool area. Supermarket and bakery are right near. The very quiet location of the villa in Arcozelo is also perfect for excursions into the interior. To the university city of Coimbra, for example, or via the "Passadiços do Paiva" hiking trail to the "516 Arouca" suspension bridge. We thank Daniel and Ana very much and would love to come back!

My family and i enjoyed our stay! Perfect house to bring everyone together to explore the surrounding area. It was a quick ride to Porto and the local restaurants recommended by the host were are all excellent. Would definitely recommend to others!

We had a fabulous week at Lettia. It is about 25 minutes away from downtown Porto and right across the river from Matosinhos; which is a lovely city in itself. There are so many restaurants in the area you can eat in or get take out. The villa was exactly as pictured and our boys thoroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub every day. We had breakfast delivered everyday which consisted of an abundance of breads and pastries and fresh orange juice. They also stocked the fridge prior to our arrival with cheese, fruit, water, milk, ham and yogurt. You are not too far from the beach and can enjoy Leca da Palmeira or the beach in Matosinhos. The e-bikes were great to use to go the grocery store. Rita and her Dad made us feel right at home and were extremely responsive. Thank you for a terrific stay.

this was a wonderful stay for a family easy access to the facility and to the rooms did have two steps in door but it was not difficult despite my mom's disability. kitchen was outfitted with what was needed for traditional Portuguese dishes.

Small house in a very good location on a quiet street, one-way with little traffic apart from pedestrians. Very quiet, very functional apartment, done with great taste! At the foot of the sea, I highly recommend it!

A wonderful vacation near Esmoritz. the owner is very friendly and helpful. The house is spacious, close to the beach and furnished with great care, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. Convenient parking near the house, small grocery store and bakery walking distance from the house. I highly recommend this place!

Friendly host, very smooth communication. Very spacious house with a large garden. Quiet neighborhood, hassle-free parking in front of the door. Play area for the kids. Nearby, outside the beach and the sea, there is little to do, but there is an easy train connection to Porto. Recommended!

Excellent host, charming house, we had a lovely time in Aguda. Great location.

This is a surprisingly spacious, very clean house, well equipped with a garden with plenty of shade. Neighbouring dogs can be loud but not angry. The sea is only several minutes walk away as are various bars/cafes/restaurants. The metro and nearest large supermarket are about 30 minutes walk away. Local taxis are good and reliable. Vila Cha is a pleasant little village that still has working fishing boats. Manuel is very helpful.
