Holiday rentals with a patio in Espinar

Excelente lugar para desconectar. La ubicación es excelente, cerca de todo. La comunicación con la anfitriona rapida y clara.

We enjoyed our stay here. We chose the location because it's close to my son who we were visiting. It's located across from the ocean and beach which depending on conditions, some days you can swim or catch a sunset there. A bakery (sell baked goods, coffee, sandwhiches, snacks etc.) and a couple of chincurros (bars) are within easy walking distance. If you're able to walk farther/longer, there's more to access. We interacted with Logan, who was very responsive and helpful. When the AC went down in one of the bedrooms, he offered us to use one of the other vacant units on the property and the contractors were scheduled immediately to fix the issue. The property has a couple of grills, multiple outside places to relax or eat. And you'll even find some snorkeling supplies, towels and a beach umbrella and chairs to use. We would definitely come back!

This airbnb was great and just as described. We stayed a week during New Years Eve. We felt safe and welcomed by the neighbors who even invited us to celebrate new years eve with them. The roosters are loud really early but the place is so cute and close to great beaches! It has everything you need like beach chairs , towels and umbrellas. The owners gave us spot on recommendations and were the greatest hosts. We’ll stay here again for sure.

Nos encantó quedarnos aquí. Cerca de avenidas principales pero también muy privado. El apartamento estaba muy bonito, espacioso y con todo lo necesario para cocinar desayunos, almuerzos y cenas. Sin duda, siempre que regresemos al west de PR, buscaremos quedarnos aquí. ♥️

Manny was very kind and welcoming. He sent very detailed instructions on how to find the place, which I did not follow! No matter, as he was quick to be in touch by phone, even as I was getting in around 9:45pm. Later that week, Manny shared about the trees and his property, and took me on a little tour of the orchard he had in his backyard, with breadfruit trees, soursop, tamarind, mango, basil, etc. What a wonderful and friendly host! The room is efficient, and the patio had some chairs and shade overlooking a small lawn - was great for catching some bright indirect sunlight in the morning. A cup of coffee would have elevated that experience through the roof (perhaps room for a small Nespresso, Manny?) There’s a guitar on the porch should the vibes call for it. Was just the right place for the quiet solo retreat I envisioned. Private, peaceful, sounds of frogs and tropical noise.

Me encantó todo bello, el lugar súper limpio tienen de todo solo debes llevar tu maleta y listo! A disfrutar no se van arrepentir lugar para bebés y adultos excelente!

Out all the houses I stayed in PR for this trip, this house was my favorite due to how much I felt back at home (DR). Extremely spacious, parking right in front of the house, they have everything you may need for the beach (towels, bags, umbrellas, chairs, coolers, etc), welcome neighbors. There is plenty to do nearby like Crash Boat beach, Survival Beach (for a hike), La Planta river (there are two beautiful waterfalls), eat at Islote Beach Restaurant and at El Platano Loco, go watch a movie at the auto Cine Santana. We also went to the Mayami disco in Mayagüez. Take advantage of all the great towns near by like Mayagüez, Arecibo, Aguadilla, Isabella and Rincon. Overall, highlight recommend the property and location!!!

We had a wonderful time with our family at Israel’s place. Very relaxing and beautiful. Israel was very communicative.

Nuestra estadía en este alojamiento fue maravillosa. La casa es realmente acogedora y se siente como un hogar desde el primer momento. Su ubicación es inmejorable, a solo unos pasos de la playa, lo que hizo que nuestras idas y venidas al mar fueran súper fáciles y convenientes. La casa está totalmente equipada, no le falta absolutamente nada. Posee lavadora y secadora. Nos encantó que todos los cuartos tuvieran aire acondicionado, lo cual fue un alivio bienvenido después de un día de sol. Además, tener toallas y sábanas a nuestra disposición hizo la experiencia aún más cómoda. Un detalle que apreciamos especialmente fue la cocina totalmente equipada. ¡Era imposible resistirse a prepararse un buen café por la mañana! El hecho de que tuvieran una greca fue un toque encantador para los amantes del café tradicional. Que le podemos decir, este lugar es perfecto para quienes buscan un espacio cómodo, bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades necesarias para disfrutar de unas vacaciones. ✅️

Rent both the studio and apartment if if have a group of more than 5. The beaches in the area are great (Crash Boat very close by. Rompe Ola restaurant was great! They have a small downtown (plaza) and the kiosks the fabulous. Besides a problem with the water heater, everything great and very clean! The roof top was best.

¡Mi estadía en este Airbnb fue excelente! Lo que más me encantó fue la comunicación con la propietaria: siempre atenta, amable y rápida en responder cualquier duda o necesidad. La ubicación también es perfecta: muy cerca de un supermercado y de Walgreens, lo que fue súper conveniente. Además, en pocos minutos en carro se llega a varios restaurantes para todos los gustos. El lugar estaba limpio, bien equipado y se sentía muy acogedor. ¡Sin duda me volvería a quedar aquí!

¡Hola! Fue nuestra primera experiencia alquilando un Airbnb y nos encantó; pena nos dio irnos. Los propietarios, muy amables en todo momento. La propiedad es perfecta para pasar un fin de semana o una semana lejos de casa y llegar a un lugar amplio, cómodo, limpio, con un jardín grande, y está ubicada en una zona tranquila y segura. ¡La recomiendo 100%!

Si buscas un lugar accesible, cómodo y perfecto para disfrutar en familia, incluyendo tus mascotas, este Airbnb es ideal. Tiene una buena ubicación cerca de todo, el anfitrión es muy atento y siempre pendiente de que tengas una estadía perfecta. El espacio es acogedor, amplio y pet-friendly, con todo lo necesario para que tanto tú como tu familia, se sientan como en casa. Un verdadero lugar para descansar y crear buenos recuerdos.

Mark was an excellent host, only a text away. The place was better in person than in the pictures! It had everything you need and super clean. The view is amazing and a very private beach and pool. We definitely recommend anyone to stay at this apartment. Thanks Mark!

Excellent spot for our family of four. We worked between surf spots snorkeling and exploring. While we did this I got surf some very cool breaks. When we packed each day full of fun we came back to a comfy, peaceful place. I was stoked to see nearly everything we needed for a beach day was there.

This place was awesome! We loved the location, and could walk to everything in Aguadilla that we wanted to do. There is a great little food truck stand just outside to the left, and the people are so friendly. They have great egg sandwiches and empanadas for breakfast. The egg sandwiches are huge and only cost four dollars. Very friendly people in the community, and the patio was amazing and breezy! Excellent air conditioning over night! We like the location because we drive to Rincon, Jobos Beach, and Playa Peña Blanca, so it was very central. We ♥️🌴🍹 PR! I had constant communication with Maria, and she was great ! I highly recommend!

We had a great time at Table Rock Penthouse.....From waking up every morning with a beautiful view from every corner to spending great time with the family in every room. Its very well equiped, from cooler, umbrella, beach chairs and snorkeling equipment to board games, cards and puzzles. We loved it!!! Host was very attentive and responsive. There is a lot to do around, variety of restaurants and activities. Will definitely come back. Thanks!! 🤗

We stayed for a week as a family of 5 and were super comfortable! The rooftop porch area was great for dinners and the kitchen was great for lunches midday. We we even got in a movie or two in the evening. Lorna was great and helpful, even finding us some excellent local coffee and delivering not to us! Great hosts, great stay!

Agradecido pase un fin de semana de Madres de maravillas con mi suegra y mi esposa. Lo recomiendo 100% la playa y la piscina super bien. Los anfitriones bien pendientes con unas instrucciones bien claras. Perfecto para despejarse
