Willkommen in unserem neu renovierten Souterrain‑Appartement in einem ruhigen Einfamilienhaus. 1 Schlafzimmer mit Überlänge-Doppelbett (180x220) und 1 Schlafzimmer mit französischem Bett (140x200), eine offene Wohnküche mit Essbereich, Schlafsofa, Fernseher, ein modernes Bad mit Walk‑in‑Dusche, WC und Waschmaschine. Trotz Souterrain‑Lage ist das Appartement hell, ruhig und bietet einen Gartenblick. Für Privatsphäre ist das Appartement durch eine lichtdurchflutete Glasschiebetüre abgetrennt.

Our vacation home is just a little off the beaten path (road, train) and yet in the middle of nature at the foot of the mighty Grimming. It is only about 30 km to Schladming or Ausseerland. There are countless opportunities for sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or even those who want to relax! Looking forward to seeing you soon ! Our Mountain Cabin recently passed to the 3rd generation of our family and is a renovated traditional cabin completely on its own on a sparsely populated mountain of a few milk farmers.
