The house is on one level, it has a welcoming exterior (garden, veranda, barbecue), as well as a closed courtyard and a garage for your vehicle.

From the terrace, in this Natura 2000 classified area, you can observe landscapes changing according to the seasons, floods, swans, ducks, egrets and more occasionally storks.

Bright and cozy studio. Small but very functional, everything is there for your stopover in Ham! Right in the middle of the city, local merchants are waiting for you!! The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare your meals. A nice shower awaits you in the bathroom, as well as a towel dryer radiator. The double bed (160 x 200 cm) is located on the mezzanine. The studio also has air conditioning for the hottest days!
